ReplyDeleteLooks like Thursdays and Fridays will be the only nights I'll be paying attention to NBC in the fall.
ReplyDeleteWHITNEY and Up all Night ! Im looking forward to :))
ReplyDeleteWhat the frak ? No Chuck until October 21st ? As Clay Davis would say, "shiiiiiiit".
ReplyDeleteNBC probably wants the show to last longer, instead of having all 13 episodes non stop from early September to mid-December.
Also, perhaps they chose to wait that long because they want to have an equal number of episodes before and after the Christmas break, iit's not good to have 10 or 11 episodes before the break and then only 2-3 episodes 5 weeks later.
They'll air 7 episodes from late October to early December, and then 6 episodes from mid-January to late February.
Otherwise, there are no big surprises. It's a good thing that Up All Night and Free Agents will air after America's Got Talent's season finale. The show is big (it did its best ratings ever on the 18/49 last night) and these two new sitcoms need all the help they can get... I want them to success but truthfully I don't either of them has a bright future ahead.
Whitney's premiere date is September 22nd, that's cool. Hey, I can predict its finale date : October 6th (13th is the show is lucky). Last season, Parks & Rec was The Office's perfect match at 9:30, but this season the combo couldn't be any worse. I don't think people who watch The Office are gonna stand Whitney.
R u serious NBC ur gonna make us wait till OCT 21 to watch chuck
ReplyDeletelooks great! I can't wait for Sept!
ReplyDeleteNo Chuch till October 21! Seriously?!
ReplyDeleteno Grimm till October 21? as far as NBC fall shows go it was my most anticipated stange that both fairytales will start in late october together
ReplyDeletegood sign that Harry's Law will repeat on Saturdays tho
I so hope we have an NFL season!!
ReplyDeleteWow, so I will not be watching a lot of NBC. Good to know.
ReplyDeleteI'm enraged about Chuck's return date. Well once its over, NBC can screw itself as Chuck is the only show i watch on that network
ReplyDeleteAs a true Chuck, i can wait until October. I am not happy, but at least we don't have to wait until midseason.
ReplyDeleteSo glad we have premiere dates now!
ReplyDeleteAgreed completely. Whitney looks AWFUL. Not only that, laugh-track sitcoms are mostly annoying in this day and age. *sighs* stupid trying to launch new/bad shows. Oh well. At least Community has a 3rd season.
ReplyDeleteI'm mostly looking forward to the midseason shows honestly. Chuck and the comedy block (maybe POI) are all I really care about.
Really looking forward to Up All Night!
ReplyDeleteDon't get your hopes up, their probably won't be an NBA season either.
