Noooooooo! No more Daisy on Bones. Please keep that character off my screen.
As for Supernatural, this spoiler makes it seem like the Big Bad is going to be a human component. If a branch of the law is after them again, all I can say is I told you to wear gloves when you enter a crime scene.
I think it's strange that we haven't seen more of a police element. They never wear gloves in a crime scene. They never cover their tracks. They have a car that screams pay attention to me. They call the police from their phones and use fake credit cards all over the place. How much more of a trail could they possibly leave. Abby Sciuto would pass the Winchester case on to someone else because it wouldn't be enough of a challenge to bother with.
Season 7 is shaping up to look better and better. The law and order storyline seems interesting, adding more spice to Castiel's "Superman gone dark side" transformation, the number of demons possessing people right, left and center since they broke out from Hell and all the creatures crawling on the surface of Earth. Don't know if they will have a mass breakout from Purgatory as well, like in "All Hell Breaks Loose".
Gloves? I don't think Dean would really like that: he is very anti-procedural cop shows ("No-talent douchebags") and would steer clear of anything too procedural cop show-ish for his taste, though he may not have much of a choice in it now that the law is on their trail.
Those are exactly the questions I kept asking the girl who got me into Supernatural a couple years ago while we watched the first season. Especially after Henrikson being killed, I would've expected more of a police threat seeking some retribution for Henrikson. At any rate, if they bring back this element into the show I think it'll help a lot.
Well, fortunately for them, they're dead and no one is looking for them. :) I can't remember them actually being at a 'crime scene' lately, tho. I agree the car screams, 'look at me!!' but I'm not willing to let the Impala go, so I'll suspend belief for that one. What am I saying? They hunt demons... and ghosts... and monsters... and angels... belief is completely suspended. :)
Henriksen reported them blown up in the chopper. And as far as the feds are concerned, Henriksen's report was the end of the 'wanted' status of the Winchesters. The feds wouldn't be looking for retribution from two dead guys, so I can understand why the law isn't constantly tailing them.
Henriksen told the FBI the boys were killed in the helicopter crash. The FBI had no reason to doubt, but Sam's arrest in Season 6 should have blown that out of the water. His prints would have been run. He would come up as being dead. The police would have looking for Dean.
True except that as soon as their fingerprints are run at a new crime scene that should be a red flag. Dean was officially dead in Skin too but that didn't keep Henrickson from going after him.
Exactly!!! Unless along with being rehymenated you also get new fingerprints while in hell, the Winchesters should have every cop in the nation after them.
I still wish they hadn't killed Henrikson off the show. I really liked his character, and it seems like Dean and Sam could really use his help this season evading the law. See, this is what happens when you continue to kill off interesting characters too quickly. I'm talking to you writers.
Dean was also arrested in season 6 during Clap Your Hands If You Believe. Unless he managed to give them a fake name and let that stand until the charges were dropped and he was released then that probably got the radar thrown up too. Also when did Sam get arrested, I don't recall which is strange.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I cannot wait for Supernatural season 7!
ReplyDeleteI like the prospect of Sam and Dean running from the law. That was one of longer story lines across seasons I enjoyed (Henrikson).
ReplyDeleteSupernatural season 7 is looking better and better. Can't wait!

ReplyDeleteAw, I love Daisy. I can see how she could be annoying though.

ReplyDeleteAh thank you, I forgot that Henrikson reported them dead.
ReplyDeleteNothing very interesting this week except for the last two questions (SPN & Chuck).

ReplyDeleteAbby Sciuto is the most awesome forensic investigator on TV. She plays the heart of NCIS.

ReplyDeleteAh that explains why I don't know who she is.
ReplyDeleteIt could be motorcycle gloves. Just something to stop leaving his fingerprints all over the freaking crime scene.

ReplyDeleteSam and Dean on the run from the law? Yes please =D That was one of my favorite subplots in season...3?
