There has been pictures surfaced on the net of McGarrett will be jail in the premiere and judging from the picture below it looks like he'll run in with the killer of his father - Victor Hesse played by James Marsters. This will make his 4th appearance on the show (1 of them wasn't credited). Filming of the jail scenes took place at Halawa Prison in O'ahu.

    Nice to see Marsters and  the initial plot continuing on. It's still very much a procedural, but the occasional serial elements make it far more interesting for me!

    I approve.  James' character on this show is fun.  I didn't really care for his characters on Caprica or Without A Trace.
