    Apparently the writer, Toby Whithouse, was at DW panal at Comic Con and they showed it there. I assume BBC just decided to release it now as well.

    Was this the one meant to be in the first half of the season before it was moved? in that case they probably had the preview done already, and as it won't spoil anything really, no problem releasing?

    It looks like this episode might be a salute or nod to Stephen King...as in The Shining (the Stanley Hotel), Rose Madder (the minatour) and It (the clown and balloon).  Interesting!
