    Dexter's monologue (very well written and if it's a theme of next season I'll enjoy it, Dexter & religion could get along well) :

    "I always thought my dark passenger was a need I had to fill. But what if I'm wrong ? Maybe it's not a need, but a calling. After all, I rid the world of evil people. And if they didn't exist, neither would I. Is it possible I serve a higher purpose ?"

    And then Masuka says : "Dexter, thank God you're here".

    Very nice promo. Can't wait for the Comic-Con trailer in 8 days.

    I'm not taking it too seriously. It reminds me of the celebration/parade in Dexter's head from an earlier season along with some "Dark Defender" thrown in. His look at the camera at the end of the promo makes me think the writers are just having fun with it.
