    We're about 80% sure Emily's having a girl, because supposedly after a photoshoot, she was sent a ballerina outfit for the baby.

    may be sound fool but real dashnel baby or character brennan may be could happen  montenegros  character baby was a boy but the actres realy was pregnant and had a baby but i dont know the gender

    Of course! Duh! It's actually pretty obvious!!
    Booth already has a son and baby Hodgins is also a boy!
    They're not going to bring another boy into the show.
    And Booth has to have something special with Brennan...
    So, it HAS TO BE a GIRL !!!!
    No other way!!!
