    Well, it depends on the time of the day when this fight takes place (because I don't think Angel would look so good if the fight is set on a warm, sunny day outside in the park).

    Clearly Booth as he is a much better fighter and he'd have to do is stake him. Plus he's catholic so there's a good chance he'd have a cross necklace or something on him!

    Well Booth is a sniper so he could shoot Angel from a distance and slow him down, but I still have to give this one to Angel.  He's got 100+ more years of training and fighting on his side.

    Brennan would tell  Booth, "vampire's don't exist, that's illogical." So he'd go in armed with a gun, not a pointy wooden object or something he can behead him with, thus, Angel would have the clear advantage from the start, regardless of vampire super powers.

    Angel if it's at night. Booth if it's in the day, especially if the fight takes place outside. If it isn't, then Booth would win by a hair, only because Angel might accidentally get caught in some sunlight and Booth could overpower him, as long as he isn't already dead.
