Thanks to Dahne for the heads up.

According to Deadline Jennifer Finnigan has been cast as the lead in USA pilot Wild Card. The show already has the other lead so the contingency has been lifted.

    I like Jennifer Finnigan but she's never cast in anything I have even the slightest interest in watching.

    This will be a hard sell for USA seeing as how it already has two legal dramas on the network with Suits and Fairly Legal.  Unless this show is good enough to oust Fairly Legal (which shouldn't be that hard) I'd say that Finnigan's hard luck TV streak is safe for now.
