Rumors - Charlie Sheen Negotiating For New Sitcom
Jun 14, 2011
Sources connected with Charlie Sheen tell TMZ ... the actor is negotiating a "big offer" for a new TV series that could debut as early as January, 2012.
We're told Charlie's reps are in "deep negotiations" and the deal could be done by week's end.
Our sources say the sitcom is being written specifically around Charlie and will air on a broadcast network. The deal does not call for a pilot. The show would go straight to series.
And Chuck Lorre is not involved ...

According to Deadline, CBS won't have him, NBC and ABC have already overbooked the runway, and even Fox has more than usual waiting in the wings. Plus, who would pay the kind of money he'd demand for "will he show up for work?" Face it; either he's being conned into a gig on "Celebrity Rehab" or he's Win-Spinning.
ReplyDeletehe will definitely not be paid as much as got towards the end at 2.5 Men.. it's charlie sheen, someone will pick up the series and it may even have a great premiere ratings, but unless it's really good, the ratings won't stay...
