I'm still on the fence honestly. It's fairly well done, fairly interesting and has fairly good action, but I still am not completely invested in in the characters. Except one. Pope, the ex prison cook, ex-biker/drug dealer ex-enemy of the 2nd Mass. He cracks me up and tends to steal any scene he is in from my point of view.
However, this week did draw me into the story a bit more. The FX are still pretty damn good, but the action scenes still feel a little flat to me.... not sure why. This week Steven Weber joined the cast as a resistance doctor. I hope he sticks around, but I have no clue if he is a regular now or if he has a short term arc.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
So.... was it better than the Pilot?

I thought it was better than the pilot, but I'd still like to see some character development so I can get attached to them.
ReplyDeleteI found it great, I agree the character are not yet well developped but it's normal, it's just the begining.
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who thinks that the doctor is hiding something...? I don't know why but I don't trust him.
