  1. I always love those HBO promos.

It appears that there's no footage of the third and final season of Eastbound & Down, so I'm guessing we won't be seeing it anytime soon, that's too bad. But after all, there were 18 months between season 1 (march 2009) and season 2 (october 2010). I will miss that show, Kenny Powers is a role model of mine.

    I'm guessing :

September 2011 : Boardwalk Empire season 2, Hung season 3 and How to Make it in America season 2.

January 2012 : Luck season 1, Bored to Death season 3 and Enlightened season 1.

April 2012 : Game of Thrones season 2 and Treme season 3.

July 2012 : True Blood season 5, Eastbound & Down season 3 and a new comedy (More as the Story Develops ? Veep ? Life's Too Short ?). I'm not hoping for a 9th season of Curb your Enthusiasm until 2013, Larry David likes to take his time, I don't mind given how outstanding each episode of CyE is.

HBO won't make people wait any longer and will air the long-awaited new seasons of Hung and How to Make it in America this fall, making Bored to Death come back in January, unlike the first two seasons which both aired in September.

  2. Bored To Death is back in september, since Ames has already said it.

Eastbound & Down is pair-up with Bored To Death.

  3. I guess the last season of Eastbound and Down will be aired sooner than July 2012. HBO currently has a lot of comedies in development with only a few having full season orders (I can only think of Veep right now and also Life's Too Short). Girls or Spring/Fall look like they've got a good chance of being picked up, but I doubt both of them will considering they are rather "girly" shows ad they also have Viagra Diaries with Goldie Hawn in the pipeline.

There also are some dramas in development which look interesting. I'm convinced More as this Story Develops will be picked up considering its cast. American Gods looks like a safe bet too, but won't air before 2013. Besides those 2 I really hope that Hobgoblin and the Spike Lee project Da Brick will go to series.
