Natlalia Tena is not at all what I expected as Osha, but she does very well and adds something unexpected and fun... James Cosmo is so perfect as the ragged and weathered Lord Commander Jeor Mormont... then again he has been weathered for the better part of 30 years... Here is this week's episode quote wallpaper from HBO.
LMFAO @ weathered for 30 years ... He's been old almost as long as I've been alive - crap that means I'm getting old :X @weathered:disqus You're right though ... the guy is spot on perfect for Mormont. There are few people in this series who don't look exactly as you imagine them - the casting dept is brilliant.
I remember reading some interviews in which R.R. Martin said that he originally pictured Osha different, but they just found Tena so brilliant that they chose her and that he'd like to give her a bigger role in upcoming books.
In the books she is a big woman and somewhat brutish if I recall. Tena is neither but she is brilliant in the role from the few peeks we've seen so far!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
