  1. This... I have no words. There's a prequel on the Doctor Who website as well but it seems to be only viewable in the US. Anyone got a YouTube link?

Is there going to be a poll for todays episode?

  3. I spy with my little eye, something that looks like Captain Jack Harkness at 0:10.

  4. Nope, that's the pirate captain from earlier in the season. Captain Jack will never return to Doctor Who as he's a Davies character and it's been said before that none of them will return, and besides he's busy with Torchwood now anyway.

  5. Please don't tell me that River is Amy and Rory's daughter. Oh dear goodness, no.

Also, is that Rory in centurion armor, or something close to it? He has a cape!

  6. While I don't doubt that's not Jack (it's not the Pirate captain either - this fellow is far younger and thinner with black hair), Moffat expressed the desire to have Captain Jack meet the 11th Doctor and Russel Davies said he expected it to happen eventually. This was right before last years Christmas special, so not a dated interview. They were talking about the Who-specific side characters (like Rose, Mickey and Donna) not Jack.

Also, Torchwood wouldn't keep anyone busy. It's 10 episodes. Barrowman filmed 12 episodes of Torchwood and 3 episodes of Doctor Who over the course of 6 months in 2007.

i really hope that its not amy and rorys baby to,but near the end of day of the moon after river has finshed killing the silence she says " i hope my old fella didnt see that he gets ever so cross" and then looks at rory.
but i dont think moffat would make it that simple.
i think it will be like jenny in the doctors daughter dna was taken from the doctor and science stuff happend and jenny steped out of the machine, but in this situation, the doctors dna has to be incubated as a baby  or some weird mumbo jumbo, and like the doctor said amy is special because she grew up with a time crack in her wall, so she was the only human alive who could hold a time lord baby. *spoiler*(if you havnt seen the almost poeple) and so the doctor didnt get suspiciouse amy was given a ganger. but the doctor fiqured it out, probaly a long time ago like he said in the almost people gangers and humans give of diffent signals, and the tardis confirmed his thery by the mixed signals giving off different pregnacy readings.

  8. i think by her old fella she meant the doctor (her husband?), the doctor hates guns, so to see river shoot someone/thing would indeed upset him.
