    I am excited for Season 7! Sure, WEEDS is not what it used to be, but it is still one of the better 30-minute dramadies on TV.

    The show has been renewed for a seventh season, and will premier the
    first of 13 episodes on June 27th. Kohan indicated in an interview
    with TV Guide that the seventh season may be the last, feeling that
    seven years was a "good run", however a spokesman for Showtime denied
    any decision having been reached

    After reading different forums, there are quite a few comments on how 'Weeds' isn't what it used to be & after they left Agrestic/Magestic, it went downhill. I have to say, s4 wasn't my fave, but the show HAD to leave the suburbs & move into new territory. If they would've stayed, now THAT would've been bad. I think the writers/producers were brave as hell for taking the show to where it is now. Now Nancy's cute lil ass isn't covered & all of her mess ups have bitten her in said ass, Those poor kids. I think S7 will be great if the writing stays as strong as it's been. They have kept the story interesting/funny/dramatic for the last 6, let's hope if S7 is the last they go out in a 'blaze' of glory!
