Hey Guys,

The Spoiler Girl is away and busy at the moment so I've taken the mantle of posting Question Of The Day for today with a question that's been passed along from her and reached me.
That question is
Have you started watching a show because of something you've read at SpoilerTV?


I can safely say that I started watching Supernatural because of the Show Competitions and the people here whose devotion to the show made me wonder just what was so amazing. I may never reach the huge levels of devotion some fans show, but it's a very good and enjoyable show. So cheers for that Supernatural Fans... You know who you are :P

    I voted Yes. If I hear good things I'll check it out!

    And Supernatural, Rubicon and Camelot were influenced by SpoilerTV.

    Also I wouldn't have started watching Fringe all those years ago if I hadn't visited here back in the LOST days :P

    I checked out and still enjoy Hawaii Five-0 based on the positive feedback we saw here as well as Rubicon as well.

    wow!!! always good te hear of a new supernatural fan. glad you're enjoying it
    alot of the time when i'm here i hear so much good stuff about tv shows that i really want to start watching them
    the only problem is i have no time
    but, i am deffinately planning on watching fringe now that everyone here has said how good it is
    i'd never even heard of it until i came to this site but i deffinately want to give it a go

    I checked out White Collar after reading fan comments on SpoilerTV

    The Walking Dead, Camelot, Game Of Thrones-I heard about them all here first

    I pretty much use this site as a point of reference when it comes to which Pilot shows to check out, if there's good feedback then I'll be more likely to check out a show out for myself and if its bad then I know not to waste my time. It's not always the case, but more often than not SpoilerTv is my go to site for what to and what not to watch.

    Definitely - mostly from the show polls. I watched Vampire Diaries and Firefly because I wanted to know what the fuss was about. I got hooked on Raising Hope because of 10 seconds in a video posted. There's been many others but I have to get to work. Thanks SpoilerTV for making my TV schedule more crammed.

    Well If it weren't for Spoiler TV and Dark UFO, I'd have never considered fringe as soon as I did. I was too stuck on Lost to watch much else at the time, but 'm glad I picked it up.

    Oh yeah. My TV viewing has expanded rapidly since joining the SpoilerTV community. I've taken on White Collar, Chuck, Burn Notice and, most notably, Fringe. There are a couple of others I have in the back of my mind to take a look at, but I literally just don't have enough hours in the day to watch everything I'd like to and NOT fail out of college!

    I get all my info on Canadian TV shows here. So, Spoiler TV is responsible for me following shows like Lost Girl and Endgame.

    I've recently started watching Justified because of positive comments. Fringe and Community are two shows I was ready to give up on, but the enthusiasm from Spoiler TV kept me going.

    Well I don't know about current shows but a lot of Fringe fans are convincing me to give Lost another shot. I watched the first 5 episodes of season 1 and for whatever reason I just couldn't get into it back then so I stopped watching. But after reading the comments people have posted about that show, I'm considering giving it a second chance.

    Thank god for Spoilertv... I first started coming to the site during Supernatural's fourth season and got instantly hooked. It got me into Castle and V (which I hadn't continued watching after the break), but best of all, it brought me to know of one of my favorite shows out there: Fringe! I had never heard of the show or even thought of watching it, until I heard the praise for it during the competition. Bored one day, I watched the pilot and was instantly hooked.

    Yup, as I said before I couldn't stand not knowing why EVERY single post was about Fringe and why each got over a thousand comments :) Getting into it was the best decision of my life so far :)

    I have started watching a few things due to SpoilerTV. Republic of Doyle, The Kill Point, Mad Dogs and a few shows I would not have heard about until later in the season like The Killing Lost Girl and Endgame.

    I also picked up on series that I had given up for one reason or another like Supernatural and Psyche.

    Soon after I joined, there was a Best Actor of 2010 contest and so many people were over the moon about Anna Torv and John Noble that I thought I should look into Fringe a bit more seriously.
