  1. if cbs cancels this show, it will be a huge mistake. this second season has been aboslutely flawless and julianna is going to win an emmy for it.

  2. Amazing. Julianna Margulies killed it with that final reaction. I definitely can't wait to see her confront Kalinda next week. Between Julianna and Archie I'm going to be bawling watching their friendship crumble.

  3. Good God, I had to have a second to catch my breath! That had the pace of a bullet... Incredible episode!

  6. WOW!! This beats any episode of any show I've seen this year! There was so much going on at once. And that election headquarters scene was so real I felt like I was there. All the acting was wonderful. Josh Charles is one fine actor, so subtle, yet so present. And that final, painful, scene should clinch the Emmy for Juliana.

In my opinion, of course! (hehe).

  7. I think The Good Wife is the best show on television this season. The entire cast is great and the intensity feels real. The beginning of the show has been leading to a confrontation with the truth regarding the mystery of Kalinda. Alicia is not a victim, but rather a person who took the high road and chose to ignore the obvious truth. She continues to stand by her principles. Kalinda is her friend, not a bimbo. Alicia's character should see it for what it really is.

  8. What an episode. The final scene was heartbreaking

  9. I kind of wish that Natilie would have stayed around; but I do keep getting the urge to slug Wiley.

  10. What an epi. Awesome, Fantastic. All the actors are so incredible. Terrific cast, intense episode, definitely waiting for the next one ... and it's not yet the season finale.

  11. Wonder if Natalie will eventually leave her new job and return to Chicago, where her dad is.

I was left with the question, why did Wiley take it on himself to deliver this information to Alicia, and at such an inopportune moment, instead of first conferring with Cary? Is he bluffing and fully aware of the name change? Is he trying to sabotage Peter's position? Is he in cahoots with Glenn Childs?

  12. Well from the previous episode we saw that he definitely takes his orders from Childs and I don't think that he liked very much how Cary was trying to cover for Kalinda. But I don't get why he had to tell Alicia the news himself. I doubt that he didn't know who he was talking about.
And whatever happened to them investigating Will?or were they just pretending to investigate Will? i'm fuzzy on that matter

  13. I always say this about TGW, but this episode SO deserves: it's amazing how they keep doing an episode better than the one before it. Even the small tiny scenes were great. Will watching Alicia's interview, for instance.
I like how they made Alicia find out about the one-night stand. It would suck if Kalinda told it herself or Peter accidentaly told someone about it.

  14. IMO, Wiley wanted to jar Alicia into doing or saying something that would ignite a scandal. For Childs perhaps; or maybe for his own purposes.

  15. Childs was probably investigating Will and anyone else associated with either Peter or Alicia, hoping to find something to get rid of Peter.

I think Wiley may also have his own agenda; I wonder if we'll get to it before the season ends.

  16. IMO. LOL. The Ana Gasteyer judge is the funniest, even beating out the guy who doses off. In my opinion.

I agree that lately we're seeing more to Wiley than "harried, stay-at-home dad." Also, we're being led to start thinking of Alicia entering politics herself. That will make an interesting third season!

  17. Let's hope we get that third season.
