    Hmmm... Why would the scientist help Altlivia get to the our side when he had no problems wanting to take Olivia's brain. I wonder if it's another of Walternate's schemes...

    Oh it looks like Fauxlivia is going to warn Peter to our side, and Altbrandon is going to help her to cross, but why? because of conscience or another Walternate ´s plan?,... I ´m looking forward, can´ t wait for the last four episodes :)

    I can see what you are seeing , Fauxlivia doesn't care about the other universe , she only cares to save Peter . maybe she did convince Walternate to give her a chance and try to get Peter back to his universe and then ruin the universe .

    In so many ways I can't like the faux !

    I could see because of conscience on Fauxlivia's side but not from Brandon. I mean he was gonna cut Olivia's brain, and wants to experiment on children. I doubt he would be willing to help her

    Brandonate is still trying to find a way to cross over. I think he is working for someone else. But Walternate is not interested.
    I don't htink cortexiphan would work on her anyway. Olivia has had it in her since she was a child.

    Yeah , it could be, problably he is some kind of double agent, or what,... and of course at first he is a scientist and then Walternate´s right hand,... so he could probe Fauxlivia´s abilities, but as you said, she had used harmonic rods

    I think some unseen group wants to leave their world and cross over and that is who Brandonate is working for. That could explain the switching of the baby's blood sample

    There has been alot of discussion on the boards about the blood sample taken from the baby's heel and how the two cards looked different. The discussion is were the two cards switched and who did the switching.

    I can see him as a double agent,though after Bloodline i wouldn't be suprised if Walternate was behind this.
    Isnt' he going to "wreak havoc" over here in 6:02 am,so maybe he lets Fauxlivia cross over. In hopes that she'll convience Peter to go back,or so he can say the people from over here abducted her.
    But given Fringe's usual plot twits,it's certainly going to be something completley different and unexpected :D

    Walternate was behind the kidnapping, but the producers said in an interview that Walternate was after the blood sample. It appears that the cards may have been switched by Brandonate which seems to put him at odds with what Walternate wants. Also in Bloodline inWalternates office when they get the call about Folivia being kidnapped Brandonate is having a heated discussion with Walternate about crossing over and needing to use the cortexiphan in young children in order to secure a way to cross over safely.
    Walternate is dead against this. I believe Brandonate then starts to go against what Walternate is trying to do.

    Well the Cortexiphan thing was left up to interpretation, because they do not mention Cortexiphan. And the discussion was more about experimenting on his unborn nephew (since they were doing the speed up anyway), but Walternate says no to children. Which we as viewers take as way to think that he wouldn't be possible to be behind what is going on, but when he is given the blood sample we learn that while he rather not experiment on children. He is fine experimenting from them.

    I'll rewatch the card part in a bit, but I was positive he was given the correct one. As there really was only one.

    As far as we know all he has is a blood sample. So for now thats is all we have. I don't think he will actually use the baby, but Brandonate might.

    Actually, upon reading the synopsis of 6:02 AM EST. I'm thinking Fauxlivia going to the Altuniverse is part of Walternate's plan and is why Brandon so easily gives her a way of crossing over.

    I'm guessing that when Fauxlivia tells walternate "but your son is over there" he is telling her about how he is gonna redirect the problems in the Altuniverse to here, which is why he sends Fauxlivia. To bring Peter back once and for all.

    It's a different kind of glow though, it's probably when they get out of her mind. I don't think it holds much significance in terms of Alt/our universe.

    I never saw Inception but I believe they are like antibodies attacking foreign objects and they are being directed by Olivia's stepdad. I thought this happened inside Olivia's mind.

    I'm guessing you meant to comment below, as I was talking about the agents who tell fauxlivia to stop.

    And I just watched the whole part of the blood card again and the card brandon gets from the scar guy and the one he gives walternate are exactly the same.

    However the one the scar guy takes from the baby leaves an irregular blood stain in the sheet, and when given to brandon it's in the shape of a perfect oval. But I don't think this holds much relevance since the scar guy does put the sample in a plastic bag where the fresh blood could had dried out in that shape, as they were otherwise identical (placed in the same place and all)

    I think that sadly, we read too much into brandon lol

    Oh i know, and I do wish that it became a reality. That the scar guy did give him another card. Because I found it odd how the nurse lady was just staring at fauxlivia after she gave birth, but wasn't happy. So I was thinking maybe, just maybe it could happen.

    But as I said, the blood stain is in the exact same place aside from the shape. So i doubt it was meant to be seen as something else, I think they would had shown the scar guy keeping the real sample.

    The blood sample seemed to have changed shape by the time Brandon had gotten it to Walternate. Continuity error, maybe, but it makes it a lot easier to believe Brandon could be a double agent.

    Do you remember, how we thought in the first season, that for pattern was responsible William Bell and Massive Dynamic?, all storyline in the first season was revealing that it could be like this, but at the end of first season and at the beginning of second, we found that it isn´t true, ...but what we know that Belly was cooperating with Walternate and helped him to construct shapeshifters, ( and I think, that we don ´t know all of Belly intentions, ) so I think , there is some possibility, that Altbrandon, could work for both, or maybe more sides, nobody knows and in fringe is everything possible

    I too am so intrigued that Brandonate even has another way to get red Olivia to cross over...I kept thinking that those people who abducted her may have other motives, then just working for Walternate, I knew that they were apart of Brandonate's team, but I never thought that Brandonate might be "good" like our Brandon, unless like you say, This is another scheme...Of course it would be more wild if there is only one Brandon...or they switched places.
