    Japan's Tsunami: How It Happened averaged 2.25m (9.9%) for Channel 4 in the 9pm hour and 378k (2.2%) on Channel 4 +1.

    However, the documentary was beaten by medical drama Monroe, which continued with 4.81m (21.2%) on ITV1 and 120k (0.7%) on timeshift. Also in the 9pm hour, Panorama: My Big Fat Fake Wedding grabbed 3.5m (15.4%) on BBC One.

    Earlier, Tonight: Gaddafi And Me fetched 2.84m (12.8%) on ITV1 from 7.30pm and DIY SOS: The Big Build - Haydock built 4.34m (18.6%) on BBC One in the 8pm hour. Question Time brought in 2.27m (20.4%) on BBC One from 10.45pm.

    Channel 4's Coach Trip mustered 1.53m (10.7%) from 5.30pm and 268k (1.4%) on +1. Later, Supersize Vs Superskinny Kids gobbled up 1.5m (6.4%) in the 8pm hour and 388k (1.7%) on timeshift. 10'Clock Live was seen by 710k (4.2%) and 152k (1.7%) on timeshift.

    Over at BBC Two, Coast enchanted 1.53m (7.2%) in the 7pm hour, before A Farmer's Life For Me harvested 1.43m (6.1%) from 8pm. The British At Work employed 1.26m (5.6%) in the 9pm hour and The Grumpy Guide To Work amused 960k (4.9%) from 10pm.

    How Do They Do It? grabbed 622k (2.8%) on Channel 5 from 7.30pm, before The Blasters debuted with 812k (3.5%) in the 8pm hour. A screening of High Plains Drifter entertained 1.05m (5.4%) from 9pm.

    Overall, ITV1 narrowly won primetime with 22.9% (+1: 0.6%) against BBC One's 21.1%. Channel 4 came in third with 6.3% (+1: 1.3%), ahead of BBC Two with 5.9% and Channel 5 with 3.9%.

    Elsewhere, Celebrity Juice amused 1.05m (5.7%) on ITV2 from 10pm, the biggest multichannel audience of the night. A further 163k (1.6%) watched the show on timeshift. Russell Howard's Good News entertained 750k (4.9%) on BBC Three from 10.30pm.

  2. I would be interested to see how Fringe did in the UK since it returned this week, but I never saw much promotion for the show.

  3. Sky rarely promote Fringe where I live in the UK, perhaps the occasional promo but it's usually shown very late at night, it's a shame.
