WHAT DOES THIS MEEEEEEEEAN ?? LOL .....I see Supernatural, return, official, unofficial !! I JUST FELL OFF MY CHAIR ...I THINK I'M EXCITED BUT I CAN'T TELL !!!!
Apparently DO is spending this week presenting key messages about next years line up to advertisers - so it is possible renewal notices are coming soon, an unofficial renewal wouldn't be unlikely at this stage.
Also this person has tweeted info from the inside before and appears to be quite well connected but of course there is no proof of validity.
You have no idea how excited I was to see the renwed article there. Then I saw the UN next to official. Oh well. Still, unless there is a huge drop in the ratings(extremely unlikely) then I say 99% chance.
Guys, a few years ago I never thought in a million years Supernatural would make it to Season 5, let alone the (unofficial) possibility of a SEVENTH season. That is so amazing!!!! It's truly the little show that could. With other shows (with higher ratings) getting canceled after their first and second seasons, the fact that my favorite show has been running for so long and yet still manages to pack the punches makes me so unbelievably happy.
Just waiting on the official word... come on CW, don't mess this up.
Don't think we'll have official notice until the new guard take over at the CW mid-May. Now we all know the big wigs aren't the sharpest pencils in the box when it comes to programming so let's just hope they don't get all crazy and not renew well rated and highly received shows with a kick ass fanbase ;)
Whether or not we get an official announcement, I hope that the CW lets the cast & crew know before they wrap season 6... *keeping my fingers crossed as long as needed*
Yeah! Season Seven, new title card, another gag reel and another year of complaining! I can't wait! Lol I don't even care that it's unoffical, rumors about renewals are much more fun than bad rumors about cancellations.
SPN and TVD have been unofficialy renewed since January. They will make the official announcement next month. The holdup has been the replacement of Dawn O. They are hoping to have a new pres by then.
No word from CW yet. They want the new president to make the announcement next month, both TVD and SPN executives know their series will be renewed, however. That’s why both shows have a cliff hangers and neither was told to wrap up the storyline. SPN was told that at the end of season 2, but the series was saved because the WB/CBS merger didn’t leave them with too many choices. Also Kripke at Parleyfest said he has a completely different story ending for the series finale than the season finale. bonne journée
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Yay!

It means there is a rumor that Supernatural will be renewed but no proof or official word. Still, all signs point to yes.
ReplyDeletewell that sounds positively confusing but if it means Supernatural will be renewed I'm 1 happy camper
ReplyDeleteNo surprise here. There's approximately a 0% chance this show won't be back next season.

ReplyDeleteIt's just a rumor until it's official.

ReplyDeleteSo far it seems that, against all odds, someone in the CW possesses a little thing called COMMON SENSE!
All we want now is the official news!
I just wish they'd get on with it - I have a party planned for when the official announcement is made - and I'd like to send the invites out

I HOPE that means that they've made the decision already, and for some reason they just can't make an official announcement yet..
ReplyDeleteOMG I HOPE IT REALLY DOES COME BACK!!!!!!! I need the 7th season, esp if this season is ending with a big cliffhanger.
ReplyDeleteMy loins are now quivering with anticipation.
