ReplyDeleteum, i voted season 2 as best season
even though i think season 3 had some of the best episodes (including my all time fave) it was too short to be crowned my fave season
season 2 just seemed to be so whole
it had so much in it
a perfect amaount of demons and ghosts and monsters
it had some of the creepiest cases and monsters (evil clown anyone?) and a brilliant finale
season 4 as the worst season
there are some episodes i loved but a lot that i really didn't like
i thought it was just too sketchy and it tore me away form sam
i know characters develop over time but i didn't like it that i went from never being able to choose a fave b/w sam and dean to being a complete dean girl by early season 4
and i didn't like new ruby
or most of the angels (cas being the only exception this season)
season 4 is the season i've seen the least amount of times, alot episodes in it i have only watched once
all i can really say is, damn demon blood
i just don't really get how poeple can put this as their favourite season
For me, season 4 is still the best, the introduction of the angels and the rift between the brothers are the main reasons why I love this season's story arc so much.
ReplyDeleteThe worst would be season 1, with a few exceptions the episodes are too simple and the overall story arc is a bit boring. If you want you can watch the Pilot, Home and the last three episodes of the season and you don't miss much.
I love Mystery Spot, Jus in Bello and A Very Supernatural Christmas and I was glad that they didn't save Dean in the last second but they let Sam angst too much over nothing. They teased that he might go darkside but you never saw him do anything questionable.
Season Five had a lot of potential and I love 'Swan Song' and 'Changing Channels' but they ruined the season by not making Lucifer an impressive villain. Lilith was scarier than him. Also the plot about the little anti-christ didn't make sense and after they revealed that both brothers were vessels for Lucifer and Michael, the rest was not that exciting. Besides I'm still angry that they killed Gabriel. It was supposed to be the big apocalypse season but they wasted to much time on the motw episodes and didn't create enough urgency.
Season 2 and 6 are great as well.
I love the first three seasons even though I do think that S4 was amazing. S5 and S6 just aren't as good in my opinion :(
ReplyDeleteI think the best season was 4. The opening for the entire angelic myth-arc and the introduction of Castiel. A very close second is Season 5 for me. Third place goes to Season 2, it had really amazing epiosodes, I just love so many of them. Season 1,3,6? I really don´t know. I liked them all, but they are not as good as the other three.
ReplyDeleteSeason 5 was the best of 'em all!Of course,it would be fairer to repost this poll once season 6 ends,so that we can possibly vote in favor of it,since having not seen all of the season does not allow us to form a proper opinion and decide whether we liked it or not...
ReplyDeleteWorst season, for me,was the 1st...I mean,I HATE NO SPN season or episode...season one was not the worst in my opinion, more like the least favorite. ;D
I love equally seasons 2 and 4. The worst season in my opinion was season 3.
ReplyDeleteSeason 4 is my favorite season!Dean struggling with his memories from Hell, the introduction of Cas and the angels, the race to save the seals(and how it turned out that it was all for nothing),the brothers slowly coming apart(painful, but it kept me on edge)...
ReplyDeleteI refuse to choose a worst season..I think that many people will choose season 6,but I like it so far and I don't wanna judge before it's over. It's not a matter of which one I didn't like,it's a matter of which one I loved less and I can't do that...
I'm really curious if the finale can change some people's opinion...I love season six but it's extremely difficult to judge because we don't know if the storyline about purgatory, alphas, mother of all, angelic war and Crowley will make sense at the end of the season.
ReplyDeleteSeason 2 and 4 are really great. What bothers you about s3?
ReplyDeleteI voted season 3 as the Greatest because it has some of my absolute favourite episodes in it, despite the dropped myth arc I loved the brotherly arc.
ReplyDeleteSeason 1 and 2 were awesome too. Exactly the right balance between mythology and brotherly story and the build up of those stories had a more natural feel.
Season 4 was probably the best written season but I felt like they left too much of Sam's story to happen off screen and I think the character and the audience suffered for it.
Season 5 was way too inconsistent, it seemed to change direction I suspect around the time the show was given a season 6 renewal. This is the season that lost me Dean, around mid season I started just rolling my eyes at the never ending angst and self pity. It also seemed like the writers just couldn't be bothered to write anything for Sam so they just had him hanging around like attractive furniture until needed. The angels were far to dominant and really took away from the brothers storyline and Lucifer/Michael/God became the most annoying myth arc ever.
I voted season 6 as the worst season. I've only liked around half of the episodes so far which means I've disliked/have been disappointed by around half the episodes. I'm not sure where this season is going (though I'm hoping it's towards an all out Monster war with Sam and Dean leading the hunters to victory) I do know is I don't give a shit about the Angel Civil War basically because I don't yet see how it directly concerns Sam and Dean. I do like the direction the brothers relationship seems to be headed and I love the introduction of Balthazar despite him being an angel. I liked soulless Sam though I think that issue should have been resolved quicker. I guess I'm cautiously optimistic for the rest of this season and I really do think that the writers are dragging their feet a bit because they're trying to stretch the story-lines out for a seventh season, hence the lack of urgency.
Totally agree with you!For example,in my opinion, the last episode of season 4 was a huge part of what made it so great. It was already amazing, but the whole twist with angels letting the seals break and Lilith being the last seal made it truly awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that this will happen with season 6 as well..I mean,we've seen the Mother for a grand total of 5 seconds and we don't really know what happening in Heaven. It's too soon to say anything!
I really love seasons 3, 4 and 5, they develop an amazing story and all the pieces fall perfectly in place. With some changes, season 5 finale would have been a great series finale. So, choosing between these three season, I pick season 5 (Castiel was a great add to the show, and he delivered some great lines this season), it has great episodes, such as "Abandon all hope", "Changing channels" or "Swan song".
ReplyDeleteMy least favourite season is S.6. I think it's still good, but not that much good. Season 1 would also be an option, but with those firsts episodes so scary, I can't vote it as the worst.
Best: season 4. *Season 2 is just BARELY behind season 4*
ReplyDeleteWorst: Season 6...Mostly cause it's lost part of the atmosphere at times: whoever is back there on garageband putting together these stupid montages and awful background music should be fired! Other than that (and a round of rather forgettable episodes) season 6 is still pretty good so far.
I voted season 5 as the best, just because it was the conclusion to all the previous seasons. I DID NOT vote for a worse season. I believe every season previous to 5 was leading to the climax of what happened at the end...Sammy. Season 6 is wonderful, the guys are being re-invented and have gone back to hunting again....but the under current is Sam, what is going to happen to him. So I really feel sad that the fans voted for a least favourite....sorry.If we DO NOT vote for LEAST there could be interest in another season....don't let the guys down, please.
ReplyDeleteSeason 5 was by far the worst season for me. The best season is much, much harder. Will have to think more on it since season 3 had the best episodes but a rushed plot. Season 2 had the climax of killing YED and my favorite episode but some sleepy parts. Season 4 had the great twists but the brothers fell apart. Must ponder.
ReplyDeleteI chose season 1 at best season, but I don't have a worst season! I've been loving every single one of them.
ReplyDeleteI loved that the angels had a hidden agenda. Their behavior made sense after we knew that their superiors weren't really interested in saving the seals. I still have so many questions about season 6. What's Mother's plan, why did Crowley know about purgatory, why did he bring back Sam and Samuel, why did Balthazar decide to help Castiel all of a sudden.....it's still so mysterious. I just hope I like the reveals and won't be disappointed. *cough* Lost *cough*
ReplyDeleteI think one of the problem is cause so many fans were so ''I believe in Kripke'' and there was ssoooo many time that Kripke talked about the serie needing to end at S5, so many debate bringing to possible bad points of S6 and all, that many fans hated S6 before it even begins. And they just kept the idea that S5 should have been the last
ReplyDeleteHalf of my friends who watched Spn stopped after S5 because of that
Voted season 5 for the best, though I would consider either season 3 or season 6 close runners up, and voted season 1 for the worst: the show was still finding its feet back then, and they had some clangers of episodes.
ReplyDeleteI chose season 2 as the greatest because season 1 and 2 are my most watched box sets but they really are all my favorite, so i would have selected all 6 lol. I LOVE SEASON 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 !!!! I loved the bro love in season 2 too and omg don't even get me started on AHBLpt1 lol !
ReplyDeleteI chose season 3 as the worst and that is for one reason and one reason only and that is because it was cut short by the writers strike .... i know it's no ones fault, but that is the only reason i could pick it, i mean season 3 had some of my fav episoes like Bad Day at Black Rock, Fresh Blood, A V Spn Christmas, Malleus Maleficarum, Jus In Bello, No Rest for the Wicked, Mystery Spot.. God only knows how many times i've watched Mystery Spot lol but yeah it was shorter than the rest and i wanted more ahah so yeah thats the only reason.
Oh man now i feel like a really bad person for picking a worst season because i really don't have one ....sniffle !
ReplyDeleteI love the first two seasons . But detest Season 4 . Erics and the writers treatment of Sam was a sight to behold. Dean and the Angels were brought into the mytharc so lets throw Sam into the background ''shakes head'' . Then lets paint Sam in th most negative light possible and make out he is the worst brother ever while ignoring the fact of what he went through when Dean died and placed that deal on him. Lets not deal with or explore how anything affect Sam just show him being mean to Dean and cut him out of his own sl so Dean can discover why Mary aplogised to Sam and then not allow Sam to even react to it all because there is always a mystery around Sam .Or Dean has to find something out about Sam so Sams pov goes missing. And then lets paint Dean has the most victimised brother the world ever saw so we could all have sympathy for him and again lose sight of Sam. This was the season Eric really lost me .
ReplyDeleteAs much as l loved seasons 2 and 3, season 4 was the best for me. Very well written, full of tension, suspense, mysteries and twists, extremely interesting, with many kick ass, breathtaking episodes. I really loved the breaking the seals storyline, some bad ass demons, awesome introduction of angels, wonderful development of relationship between Dean and Cas, and the brother crisis some people hate so much made it even more juicy. I also even kind of liked Sam's demon blood addiction and demonic powers, loved to see him so strong to take on Alastair, Lilith, anyone. Also, it was back when the Apocalypse was just a threat, not actually on-going, which made it (and Lucifer) more scary than it actually was in season 5. Also loved Dean's post-hell trauma, back when going to hell and back was really BIG. I love it that they didn't hesitate with making Dean actually torture the souls in hell - glad they didn't make him the perfect, unbreakable hero - that proves he's only human, like us all.
ReplyDeleteSeason 5 was too dark, depressing and Apocalypse heavy for me, that storyline seemed kind of worn out already, as being developed from the beginning of season 4. In general, I find this season kind of tiring to watch, that's why I voted it as my least favourite.
HOWEVER, I still have some concerns about season 6 and there definitely is a lot of things I do not necessarily like, some very weak episodes and even some cheesy ideas, BUT at least the storylines are new, fresh and we do not quite know where it leads us or how it's gonna end, something I missed in the predictable season 5. I absolutely love the new character of Balthazar, he already topped Gabriel for me, which means I now love two angels, not one, which also means I'm gonna be kind of disappointed if they get rid of them. I also love Lisa and Ben, I enjoyed soulless Sam and I'm looking forward to more of Mother of All. On the other hand, I'm getting a bit tired of monsters this season, missing a simple ghost hunt, horror-like episode, something that would creep me out. So all in all, I am having mixed feelings about this season, but I'm still enjoying my Supernatural and hoping for a season 7 :)
Season 4 was the best imo (close tie between 4 and 5).
ReplyDeleteSeason 6 is without doubt the worst so far. However, I think that's to be expected, seeing as the major, five-season arc that has been going on for so long has finally come to a close. The show's had to open a new chapter, which is cool. But it's like it needs to find its footing once more.
I've loved most of the seasons, although I have to say that season 4 was, imo, the most innovative and well written. I really enjoyed the introduction of the angels (before they became whiny dicks) and including Dean into the mytharc gave a nice balance between the characters.
ReplyDeleteWorst season? Hands down, season 6. There have been some excellent episodes but overall, the pacing has been terrible. Bringing up so many potentially intriguing storylines, having everything come to a grinding halt to focus only on Sam, and now trying to once again get back to the original storylines was just not not a great idea, imo. As someone who wasn't all that invested in Sam's soul as the main arc of the season, I found myself bored as I waited for the show to pick up all those dangling story threads. There just doesn't seem to be much "meat" on the season, much less the noir mystery Sera promised us way back when. Even if the remaining episodes rock, it's still too late to totally redeem this season for me.
I could not vote for worst season because I don't believe that there was one. I voted for the 6th season as the best because the 2nd half has been awesome so far! I liked the first half, too, but RoboSam rather turned me off, and now things are much better!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about season 5. It is the season I am least likely to watch again because it was too depressing. I haven't even been able to watch Swan Song again, not because I didn't like the episode, but because it's just so sad. I still have trouble believing that Dean and team free will could not come up with another way to trap Lucifer than to sacrifice poor Sam. I understand the redemption piece for Sam, but I didn't really feel the need for him to sacrifice himself for all eternity for drinking DB and killing Lilith. I never really felt that Sam started the Apocalypse. I actually feel that Dean is more responsible than Sam...he made the deal with the demon and broke the first seal. But no wars on this. Either way you slice it S5 was depressing.
ReplyDeleteI don't like the term "Worst season".
ReplyDeleteThis is just too damn hard! Each season has it's unique storyline with it's unique set of characters and monsters. Though, the one that's really made an impact––in my opinion, anyway––is season 2. It was the perfect blend of brotherly angst, simplicity with cases and monsters, and new and likable characters.
ReplyDeleteThe one that I just haven't liked so far––but I'm still crossing my fingers––is season 6. I think I've said this spiel countless times, but I just don't like the introduction of too many great things at the same time. If this is setting itself up for many more seasons to come, then that's amazing. But, if this is it––if this is the only season we're gonna get––then I don't think it was that successful. Anyway, let's just hope, for Supernatural's sake, that it picks up again and shows how kickass this show has come to be!
I might be able to vote for some worst episodes, but not worst seasons. My brain wouldn't be able to process such a strange notion. Sorry Adam, but I'm going to have to skip this one, lol. Btw, what season are you on now? You still on S2? Just curious. And just interested to know what you think of the others in the future. Ok I'll shut up now. XD
ReplyDeleteI was torn between seasons 3 and 2 for best season but went with 2 - probably just because it was longer. I voted season 1 for worst. This may be because I came into the show later, but the season 1 episodes just aren't as interesting to me as the later ones when there was more character and plot development. I considered what to do with season 6, but I'm still holding out hope that a lot of these dangling threads from the first half will be unveiled to be hints of conspiracies and interesting developments from the year following the apocalypse. If the Sam without a soul storyline turns out to no deeper than four months of "we have to get your soul back," then season 6 will take the worst season vote from me, but I haven't given up hope yet.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a bit unfair to have season 6 in the poll since it's not over yet.
ReplyDeleteAnd for me there is no 'greatest' or 'worst' season.
There are things in all of them that I love, and also that I'm not so excited about.
There are certainly real 'dogs' in every season:
S1: Bugs and Route 666
S2: Hmmm can't actually think of one in this season I'd call a 'dog' (maybe this is the best?)
S3: Red Sky at Morning, Ghostfacers
S4: Family Remains and Criss Angel and Jump the Shark
S5: I Believe the Children and Hammer of the Gods
S6: (so far) The Third Man and All Dogs Go to Heaven.....
But then every season has at least one awesome episode too:
S1: Skin, Asylum, Faith
S2: Nightshifter, What Is And What Should Never Be, All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1 (part 2 not far behind)
S3: A Very Supernatural Christmas, Mystery Spot, Jus in Bello
S4: Lazarus Rising, Yellow Fever, On The Head of a Pin
S5: The End, Changing Channels, Abandon All Hope
S6: (so far) Weekend at Bobby's, You Can't Handle the Truth, Caged Heat, Like a Virgin.....
Of course this is just my opinion, and I know lots of others will disagree with me :)
Season 6 was never originally intended to happen. And I know many fans out there believe that's where Supernatural should have ended. I'm not one of them.
We have a new showrunner (and yes I know Sera has been there since day one, but still, being showrunner is different) and some new writers, and several first time (for SPN) directors. And a whole new mytharc to set up.
Given all this, I believe overall S6 is generally going well. It feels a bit like season 1 to me in the unevenness we've experienced. Understandable in my opinion. I also believe we will have S7 and that's why the 'new big bad/war in heaven' scenario is only now coming to the fore.
So I'm not voting in either poll. The idea of 'greatest' or 'worst' is not somewhere I'm willing to go when it comes to Supernatural.
In order from Best to Worst:
ReplyDelete1. 5th Season
2. 1st Season
3. 4th Season
4. 3rd Season
5. 2nd Season
6. 6th Season
Here's where I am standing.
ReplyDeleteFrom best to worst:
1.Season 2
2. Season 4
3.Season3
4. Season 6
5. Season 1
6. Season 5
I don't think season six should be included...they still have time to make it more awesome. I wouldn't say that I hated season 5...just mildly disappointed, I think they could have done a lot more with it. Just my opinion. :)
LOL It's so weird to me that season 2 would be the best. I cant explain just weird. THOUGH I LOVE it dont get me wrong.
ReplyDeleteFav season : season 4 :D I'm in love with Castiel and I always feel like watching this season first then I dont know between s2 and s3 :D
Worst: hum... I dont like that term ahaha. Dunno... I'ld have to list my fav ep in oder then see which is the last but I dont think I can either... s4... s-2-3 ... ARGH! I guess its s5 but I LOVE it so much, I just cant put s1 as the worst its S1 DUH! and I love to much this season...... so s5 but AW! loved it :D
It was too short ;P
ReplyDeleteLol kripke said in some intervew that it was a litle bit of bullshit just to look like he knew were he was going exactly and it helps to sell the show ahahah.
ReplyDeleteTrying to find it I cant ! I think it was on youtube anyway. Made me laugh, he said that between s3 and s4.
agree. Even saying less favorite sounds wrong. It's more which one is your num1 num 2.... 3.4.5.6 LOL even then, It depends on the day for me. I though s2 was my "worst" season but then I watched it and i was like HELL NO this is awesome ahhaha, + my fav ep is in it.
ReplyDeletetsktsktsk SPN is just to awesome :P
SEEE how many good eps is in S6 :DDD
ReplyDeleteAND *HUGS* cause you called ghostfacers a dog :D
Best season: Season 4 - The writing was tight, the plotlines advance evenly over the course of the season. It had a brilliant season opener in Lazarus Rising and even the Season end was tense and brought a resolution to many plotlines that had been set up during the season. I loved Dean getting out of Hell and seemingly having a useful storyline of his own about something that happened to HIM and him alone and not just him worrying about what was happening to other people. I loved the addition of the angel storyline and Castiel. Loved the interaction between Dean and Castiel as they came to learn to understand and trust each other. While it wasn't my favorite, I appreciated that Sam had an equally important storyline involving Ruby and the demon blood and the conflict this caused between the brothers. It was a very even handed season.
ReplyDeleteSeason 2 is a close second for best season
Worst Season: Season 6 - the plotlines have been a mess and way too much time devoted to Sam's time in Hell(which naturally had to be oh so much worse than Dean's Hell as everyone and their brother was reminding us constantly), Sam's Soul, Sam's lack of Soul, Sam's Wall while every single other characterization suffered and all the other plotlines stalled or were short-shrifted. It's been 5 episodes since Death told Dean to continue his intrepid detecting and there has been no mention of it at all, no movement. We only finally got a little movement on the angelic war front after episodes of it being completely ignored. The Alpha plot line is still so murky as to not even really be all that interesting. There are only 7 episodes left whatever happens, no matter what it is, is going to be rushed and under developed.
Got no problem with "worst" because I consider Season 6 to be BAD. :) The only reason I'm still here is loyalty to some of the actors and the desperate hope that somehow the show will improve again.
ReplyDelete:D Hoped you liked some episode at least :P For me I'm REALLY loving it cause robosam was IMO Awesome lol, but it will depend on how it ends. I mean if they dont talk about purgatory, the monster army and every thing they mentioned in the begining of this season then it will suck (or if its CLEAR that it's gonna be adressed in season 7 thats alright too.
ReplyDeleteSeason three was the worst in my opinion. To be honest, I like season six. Season four is my best vote.
ReplyDeleteSeason 2: The BEST!!!
ReplyDeleteAs for the worst... I voted for Season 3.
But Season 6 is not that awesome either, I'm just waiting out for it to rap up before I can label it as worse than S3 or not.
Best:
ReplyDeleteSeason 4. Although, it got a little too angsty at times. I also loved Season 2.
Worst:
I voted season 3, just because it was so inconsistent. Even though I loved the character arcs, and a lot of my all time favourite episodes come from season 3.
So where does that leave the last two?
Season 5 had a lot of really stellar episodes....well, I actually don't have an episode from season 5 that I really don't like (people talk about Swap Meat but I found it enjoyable enough) except for Swan Song but THAT was because that I just got really bored and tired with the mythology in season 5.
I love Season 6. I will wait until the end of the season to see where it ends up in my little list here, but so far its looking good and only going up. Yes, it took a while for the show to find its groove again, but once again I find the mythology fascinating and suspenseful, and lately the episodes have been generally fantastic. For me, apart from the first few episodes, it has been consistently enjoyable. I have high hopes for the rest of the season.
I loved Season 1 but going back, it almost feels like the other seasons are just in a different league!
Anyway, to recap:
1. Season 4
2. Season 2
3. (Season 6??) <---Subject to change in near future
4. Season 1
5. Season 3
6. Season 5
1. Season 5
ReplyDelete2. Season 4
3. Season 6
4. Season 3
5. Season 1
6. Season 2
Ghostfacers was hilarious.
ReplyDeleteThat is all.
But a love it or hate it episode if there ever was one.
I will always go with season 4, it is really the best constructed season, almost every episode contribuite to the plot and we get to know the boys in really hard circumstances, also season 4 has (in my opinion) the best episodes...Lazarus rising and In the head of a pin. We have Castiel, we knew Mary and the Campbell's, we realized that Sam and Dean have very dark sides...there is regret, pain, secrets, monsters and we knew Adam and Jimmy...also I personally loved Monster Movie (I've been rehyminated!!!) and wishful thinking as the funny episodes of the season, I mean, by far the best season is 4, maybe it's a little early because we still watching season six, but it would need really amazing episodes to be close to season 4.
ReplyDeleteIn second place is season 2, it is really complete and the boys does not have the world on their shoulders, they have an amazing relationship and they never let you forget YED and his evil plans for Sammy, you know where the story is going. Season 2, also has very good episodes as Croatoan, What is and what shouldn't never be, the usual suspects, foldsom prision blues, Born under a bad sign and the last two episodes are really really good, hearthbraking, intense...beautiful, I cry everytime I watch them (What am I supossed to do?), the stain for me is the road house plot but it was not that bad.
I think that season 1 and 3 share the third place, In season one we have John, I love (and hate) John, I still missing the guy!! and we get to know the boys, I like a lot, faith (well done Sera!!) and the last three episodes where we discovered that Dean wanted to be a fireman ha ha. In the other hand there is the short but intense season 3, I am bad I know but it was really good to let Dean go to hell...there is a lot of despair, resignation and goodbye's as well as one of my favorite episodes: Mistery spot...although the season is really short, I think that they waste some episodes, I do not like a lot Time is on my side and log distance call...but we had a very spn christmas and Dream a little dream of me...good season, I even like this Ruby (No ofense Genevive).
Season 5 had pretty outstanding episodes, I love Dark side of the moon, it broke my hearth but it was awesome, I still wanna know what a hell happened with the amulet!!! also I will promote The end, abandon all hope and free to be you and me and of course changing channels...swan song was a perfect season finale but I did not find Lucifer that scarry and the storyline didn't adavanced a lot...I thik that they let go and awesome opportunity to make us feel the Apocalypsenear. Season six is almost the same, I got to confess that I never liked Crowley a lot and his sudden intrusion in season 5, so in season six I did not like him either as well as Balthazar...I would love to have back someone as Zacharia, he was a really bad guy!! I liked exile on main st, but I missed classic rock and there has been really bad episodes as all dogs go to heaven, it was maybe the worst of the series...the storyline is kind of slow and I am not very convinced even when we had The French mistake that was plain awesome...there are not many episodes left and there is so much to discover, I really hope that they don't hurry everythig as they did in season 5 with the cage and Dead (I love Dead!!!).
But we have (must have Sera!!!!) a lot of Supernatural to discover and maybe we can get a season 7 as good as season 4 !!! why? because we are the best fanbase in the tv land.
It is too long, my apologies!!!
The best season.. I was stuck between season 3 and 4, but decided to go with 4. It was just.. GREAT! I can't come up with anything else to say xD
ReplyDeleteWorst season is season 6 for me. I just don't really like how things have changed. Not many episodes have been too impressing to me, the only episodes I have LOVED is 6x12 and 6x15. Those are the only eps that have been giving me the feeling SPN used to give me.
I aplause for originality eventhough I HATED it. Seriously i could watch bugs and route 666 on REPEAT for a DAY before watching ghostfacers and I think I'm sick cause I dont know why i dont like it. I love the actors I know all of them exept the girl. I dont think I ever watched it through from 0:00 to 45:00 lol. I cant
ReplyDeleteBut yeah original :D which is good
Best - SEASON 5 - i loved the theme....the boys were mending their relationship.....'THE END' was AWESOME....LUCIFER was around....we had the horsemen....DEATH...i just loved it, oh and there was loads of funny episodes for me to PMSL at <33
ReplyDeleteWorst - SEASON 4 - i know we were introduced to the heaven plot and Cas was there, and it was cool...but i gotta say the Boys 'Broken relationship' overshadowed all of it....this is one season i'd be hesistant to watch again...SAM was so UNLIKEABLE.......Ruby the 'tree' was f**KIN ANNOYING AND AWFUL....what drew me to the show was 'busted' on the ground, so for that reason season 4 sucked :((
wow worst season was hard, i love them all :(
ReplyDeletethis is funny how somebody's great episode can be somebody else's terrible one ;P I for example loved Family Remains and if I'm not wrong, Hammer of the Gods is my sister's favourite episode of the whole series (I know she's weird, right? :P).
ReplyDeleteAlso, I don't think Asylum was that great and I sincerely dislike Weekend at Bobby's. So it's all about different tastes, right? But it's great Supernatural is the kind of show everyone can find sth loveable, even if the others hate it ;)
Best season : 3 (Loved Ruby, Bella, the ending...) Worst seasons : 4 and 5 (despite Castiel rocks, Ruby sucked, not enough Lucifer, writers kept saying that Sam was the bad guy of the story and was never loved : it was sooooo wrong).
ReplyDeleteThat wasn't really their fault, was it? ;D
ReplyDeleteVoted the same as you! Season 2 is my favorite, it had it all! MOTW, myth arc, bromance!!!
ReplyDeleteSeason 4 is by far my least favorite... I'm a Sam girl and this didn't change a bit in season 4, but since I love both brothers and the brotherly bond is the heart of the show for me, I hated this season because of the damage that was done to the brothers' relationship...
I voted season 5 as the best. Reasons: I hated Ruby, so I was glad she was gone. Castiel (my favourite character) becomes a regular, which I loved. And in general, the episodes were interesting (where Dean becomes an old man, they get stuck in 'tv land', the supernatural fan convention). Season 4 was close second, but Ruby messing around with Sam and the fact that Dean and Sam's relationship is kind of fucked up after Dean came back from hell ruined it for me. I voted season 6 as worst, even though I am only half way through the season. I just started watching Supernatural this year, so I am still catching up, but season six just seems like a different show so far. Dean has a family (wtf), Sam isn't at all like he was at the beginning of the series, all cute and nerdy (and I understand that characters are supposed to develop, but he is just a whole new person), and Cas isn't really the naive angel he used to be (swearing and talking back. I wish he would go back to worshiping Dean). Anyways, who knows, season 6 may turn out to be my favourite. Even though season 5 was supposed to be the last, I'm glad they didn't end it there. I would have died with it ending with Sam watching Dean through the window of his house, and not knowing what happened to Cas.
ReplyDeleteI liked season 2 and i disliked 6 and and season 1.
ReplyDeleteS5 is new level of awesomely So keep calm and vote For S5 ;p
