The Chicago Code is about a new female police commissioner (Jennifer Beals, The L Word) trying to proof she deserves the job while weeding out th dirty cops and politicians in Chicago. She has one trusted detective on her side, her ex-partner Jarek Wysocki (Jason Clarke, Bothrhood) helping her. He's is a non-nonsense cop that goes through partners like most cops go through doughnuts. The two of them are trying to get proof on an alderman (Delroy Lindo) who is an old-time Chicago politician.... dirty.
Lately I can't turn on the TV without seeing Charlie Sheen's stupid face, but I'll take my chance anyway. I'll be watching The Event and The Chicago Code.
House because tonight is the night ! I'm sure this night is important for the future of the show. No doubt the ratings will be watched by FOX and NBC for next year. Please watch.
Yeah I always forget about that series, but luckily.... my DVR does not and I am archiving the episodes. I liked it enough to watch the first season (or if it gets renewal) during hiatus but just too many series on right now.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
The Chicago Code, which is quite solid. Nothing outstanding, but a decent enough show.
ReplyDeleteMost of my favorites are repeats tonight, so it's pretty much just the series finale of Greek. Damn I'm going to miss that show.
ReplyDeleteWhat is it about? Haven't heard about it before.

ReplyDeleteThe series finale of my beloved Greek.... and no CBS comedies to cheer me up! : (
ReplyDeletePlan to watch Pretty Little Liars, The Event's return, The Chicago Code and Harry's Law and archive Being Human and SG-U.
Castle, 90210 and HIMYM are all repeats?
ReplyDeleteSo all I've got is The Event, and the series finale of Greek!
Christmas is ruined!
Mad Love! It's a pretty interesting show. I like it.
ReplyDeletePretty Little Liars and the long awaited return of the Event.
ReplyDeleteWell, there's Mad Love. The cast is wonderful even if the writing is a bit lacking.
ReplyDeleteThe Event.

ReplyDeleteI might be totally wrong but this sounds like a do-over from Jump Street.^^
ReplyDeleteHow come there was a repeat of Hawaii Five-O last night (Monday)? My TV guide said that it was supposed to be a new one! I was so disappointed!
