  1. Well, she just lowered my chances of watching the show by a notch... or two. Sad, I was looking forward to this one. I will still give it a chance, but....... ew.

  5. So, I guess this means she'll be done with HIMYM after this season. And I was thought she was going to end up a permanent part of the group, even after she and Ted broke up.

  6. Seriously!? I know that you watch House so I assume that your disliked of her stems from there, which leaves me somewhat surprised. Seasons 1-3 were by far the best seasons for 5 reasons:

    1. Foreman wasn't Boreman.
    2. Chase wasn't just a pretty douche.
    3. Cameron was an integral part of the show.
    4. House was actually funny. And not with Cuddy.
    5. Wilson wasn't a little whiny bitch. He was an awesome bro.

Oh and patients died occasionally, like that one that Foreman accidentally killed through chemotherapy. Moving stuff.

Anyway, Cameron's whole infatuation with House and fixing people, as well as her back-story involving her dead husband, were very well done. She actually evolved organically from this strong/compassionate moral compass to a slightly more morally ambiguous person who can save more lives than she ever would have without that evolution.

Although season 5 was a huge let-down, I feel that the series really jumped the shark when Cameron left. Her reasons for leaving made very little sense. House even went so far as to say "She's going to leave, or else her entire personality for the last 5 years has been a lie", which was the producers saying "SEE, HOUSE AGREES IT MUST BE TRUE HE'S A GENIUS".

I know I'm ranting about the character rather than the actress, but that's how good Jennifer Morrison was! Cameron was such a believable/relatable character (for seasons 1-3).

All of that being said, why meh lol?

I stopped watching house 5 or 6 episodes ago. I don't think I'm going to pick it up again. That's never ever happened to me. I always stick things out. I even finished Heroes!

  7. Really? I never got that vibe. Especially in the episode where Ted meets Wendy the waitress in 2020 or something and says "Naw, stuff with Zoe ended really badly."

  8. Really, I quite like her? I thought her character really made House for the first three seasons?

  9. Don't hold back on our account, Cadence. :)

  10. I, for one, welcome Jennifer Morrison to the cast. This show is a huge roll of the dice to begin with so bringing in an actress with a fairly loyal fan base can't hurt its chances.

  11. Lol! Sorry, which part of that did you find offensive XD. My bad.

  12. Heh. You will find that I am offended by very little. Preach on!

  13. Yeah, but I figured that they'd remain friends, even after the bad break-up.
