    I wonder if this is before or after the partying and hookers? He's not wearing the same blue shirt as standing on the railing of the hotel, so I'm wondering if he goes out after talking to Wilson as a "screw you - I'll do what I want to deal with this". I hope not. It's better if this is Wilson trying to bring him back after the wild partying doesn't work.

    I think it's after ..
    After watching the global promo i have the feeling that house isn't going to "kill himself" by jumping but he is going to jump in the pool .. and it seems like wilson is here on that scene so maybe it's after that ..

    It's hard to know... I imagine Greg at work, Martha tells him he's unable to work. He discusses with Lisa who tells him to have a rest. He leaves. At night you see him with the same blue shirt. The balcony is at least at the 5 th floor, so it's hard to jump in the pool and not breaking his good leg (maybe a stunt can). Greg talks to James the day after. Then they have good time together. James is having a massage too. Then the team comes back to find him at the hotel (he's with a woman at 0:07 in Global promo) after he went out of the pool.
    Whatever happens, it's not as sad as the FOX promo first suggested. He's not completely suicidal and find a way to forget his pain with, vicodin, alcohol, hookers and massages. I don't think it fit Lisa's taste, but she dumped him for abd reasons. I hope she will be in hell too.

    I would guess it's before simply because the sneak peeks are almost always take from the beginning of the show.
