GOSSIP GIRL RETURNS WITH FIVE FABULOUS FINAL EPISODES FOR SEASON FOUR — As Lily (Kelly Rutherford) awaits the consequences of her decision, William van der Woodsen (guest star Billy Baldwin), CeCe (guest star Caroline Lagerfelt) and Lily’s sister, Carol (guest star Sheila Kelley), come into town to support her and be part of a Taschen photo shoot on “modern royalty” in which the Rhodes family is participating. Unbeknownst to Carol, who has always chosen to keep her daughter Charlie (guest star Kaylee DeFer) far away from the Upper East Side, Charlie has followed her to New York to meet Serena (Blake Lively) and the rest of the family. Blair (Leighton Meester) has an epiphany about her future, and grapples with the knowledge of whom she’s destined to be with. Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr and Matthew Settle also star... J. Miller Tobin directed the episode written by Jessica Queller (#418).

    There's way to much going on especially since the only thing people really care about is Dan & Blair, and by that I mean both fans of and opponents of the whole "Dair" situation.

    This show just won't stop going downhill. The guest stars won't stop coming and it's a fact that all the fans hate them, no matter what couple they ship or what characters they like. Plus all the recycled storylines, the boring business stuff, the poor writing, ugh. I really liked the first two seasons but it's been getting worse ever since. Plus WHERE THE F IS JENNY? They've been playing with her fans for almost a year now. I miss her.

    They need to retool the whole show if they want two more seasons and the audience actually enjoying it. From reading forums and such, it's obvious that everyone is waiting for something that never happens, it's a drag all the time.

    i cant wait!! i really hope they stick with dair and not end them, even tho blair will be engaged to louis. she will be going back to dan hopefully. so nice to see a couple that actually works together. everyone else is always trying to sabotage the other person, it gets a little ridiculous
