Damn it's her last episode that really sucks. I'm not liking hot they are getting rid of the strong women on the show cause I loved AJ cook and Paget. Looks like it will be a good episode though
It was announced this summer, shortly after AJ Cook's departure, that Paget Brewster would also quit before this season's end. It was the producers/CBS's decision, but Brewster negotiated an undisclosed number of episodes : it turns out to be 18. Now, is she dying ? We have to watch "Lauren" to find out. I hope she stays alive. The writers never killed off a character this important until now... will she be the first ?
It's gonna be awesome, can't believe we have to wait two weeks to watch it though. And you know Paget hasn't said yay or nay to coming back, so we'll just have to see how this all plays out, and how the cliffy's gonna end!!!
The worst part of all of this to me is that for her run on the series, Prentiss was underused and overlooked. Now, in what may be her final episodes they decide to make her an interesting fully dynamic character for the first time. JJ had a few episodes dealing with her life "outside" before they gave her a tribute episode.
Why does Criminal Minds wait until they are letting someone go(maybe) to finally give them a good storyline?
Just the fact that the promo throws in our face that it's her final episode makes me think they won't kill her off. Also I hear there negotiating to get her back next season, so I doubt they'll kill her off.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
its Prentis' final episode??? what what what?? She's dying/or leaving??

ReplyDeleteStill need to watch last night's episode.
ReplyDeleteFirst AJ Cook now Paget Brewster. They were two of my favorite people on team. I'm glad to see AJ in this one at least.
