    He needs to go to a mental facility or something like that!!.

    Remember all the problems Britney Spears had a few years ago, when she shaved her head and all that stuff, well, the world was in shocking and all where like "this girl needs help", now, we are seeing something similar via twitter, and nobody is doing something!
