Kreuk will guest-star in the pilot as Susan Longstreet, the wife of Jamie Bamber’s crime scene expert. Should the Peacock pick up the series, the role has the potential to go recurring.

  3. So far this show, produced by the person who brought you the Battlestar reboot, which is basically a supernatural "Law & Order" has booked three people from Battlestar (J. Bamber, T. Helfer, & J. Callis) along with Eamonn Walker and Stockard Channing. Now, they've booked Kristin Kreuk from Smallville.

    At this point, I'm almost convinced that this is some nerd's overly-elaborate April Fool's joke.

  6. Hmmm... okay, I am officially removing one star from my rating system. Nothing against her personally, she is still fairly new to acting and just not honed yet. I hope she is not a major role and just a background player.... tolerable actress at best.

  7. According to the article, she's just guest-starring in the pilot as Jamie Bamber's wife. If the show get's picked up she'd be a recurring character not a series regular.
