TV on DVD - Week of February 1

It's Anglophile Day for my TV on DVD column, as today spotlights a pair of British new releases. Here's what I have for you this week:

• Blue Murder: The Complete Collection (Acorn Media) proves that murder is not funny, but the people around it can be, especially when your star used to be on Whose Line Is It Anyway?
  
• Discovering Hamlet (Athena/Acorn Media) is the ultimate crash course in how Shakespeare is done, and shows us that Kenneth Branagh looks ridiculous with a mustache and a golf sweater.
