I was hoping the season finale was going to be a two parter since it was airing as a two hour finale in one night! I can't wait. And yay for a Cas storyline!
It is a two parter, since they both will have one story. I think they mean the twenty-first episode would be part one, and the twenty-second episode would be part two.
Sounds great. I just hope we know soon that we are renewed so that the writers have plenty of time to plan the rest of this season and next. They are already filming ep 18. They need to know asap so that the writers can do the best job possible.
I don't think it sounds like a series finale. Smallville is having their series finale which is supposed to be 2 hours long and will take over Supernatural's time slot that night. They're moving the last two eps and playing the both in a row the same night. Most likely because of this we're either going to see a Pt 1 and Pt 2 set of episodes like we got with AHBL or we're going to get the last ep for Season 6 all bunched up into one episode. After all of the teasing and heavy hinting at getting a Season 7, I doubt very much that we won't be getting one. It would be a bad move on the CW's part as well.
yeah me too. HAHAH! I think that the end of Cas would have come at season 5. They chose to keep him. its a done deal aahha. I fear more for Bobby than Cas actualy... THAT WOULD HURT SO MUCH omg.. okay why did I say this... HU *tears in the eye*
yeah they are only making the best of the situation with smallville. we r getting 2 hours for Smallville series finale poeple NOT OURS. tsktsktsk kids, they jump to concluse.
Amen to that! I'll prob watch.. in hopes to see him again but I WILL CRY. I'm very much crazy about this show ahahah. oh gosh I really dont wanna think about this. Even if im sure it wont happen. Sera seems to love Cas, and misha is too much... misha LOL
AS much as I love Castiel, I hate angels in general and most plots that dealt with them. If he goes I would miss him, but hopefully it would end the entire Heaven, Hell, Purgatory and Angels thing and go back to the calssic feel of seasons 1-3 that I preferred. I doubt it though...
HAHA! yea I guess it is, but I always thought of demons from hell as a generic... until they added they Christian mythology to it. not "The Hell", but "A" hell if that makes sense.
Far as being harsh saying I hated the angel plots, it was. But I was using antonyms to express a point I guess. If I hated them I would have stopped watching. Mostly, I just did not enjoy the last 2 seasons as much s the first 3 ( I know I am the abnormally for SPN fans). I know they can't get rid of the mythology they built the show around for the last few years.... but I still hope they can get that old vibe back from season 1-3. I felt some of it in Like a Virgin, but then it was completely gone again last episode. It happens I know, especially with needing to tell story sometimes...
They've been adding Misha in the promos and posters, so I seriously doubt they'll kill him off. Cas is too much a part of the show, it'd be like killing off one of the brothers (for good), or Bobby for that matter. I'd love to see a little 'humanized' Cas though. That'd make my day! lol Have him living with Bobby... that'd be some funny sh*t! lol
A fortune teller! :D Can you tell me what you predict for the season finale wise wombatgrrl? Will it be about the angelic civil war, the mother of all or Sam's mind wall?
I'm torn..On the one hand I'm really excited to hear news about the SEASON finale(as crazy as it may sound,I don't think that even the CW is stupid enough to cancel the show),on the other hand it'll drive me crazy not knowing what's gonna happen in the next three months...!
So,it seems that part of the finale will be about the Civil War..Personally,I don't think that they'll deal with everything(War,Mother,Sam's soul) until the finale. Some story lines will be used in season 7(yes,I'm that hopeful that we'll have one)!Perhaps they'll end the Civil War this year and use the Mother thing next year..All we can do is guess! Also,I am a little worried about Cas,but I don't think that they'll kill him..If they wanted Cas gone they would have left him dead after "Lucifer Rising".I think that now he's too much a part of the show to kill him off and it's doubtful that even the crazy writers of SPN will go there..We can't know for sure,of course, but that's my opinion! : )
There have been a number of two parters. Most of the cliffhangers could be considered part one. There weren't that many that had the same name. Have to wait and see. It seems odd that a Cas story would be the finale, though.
Hope Dean will have a bigger part in this years finale, since the past 2 have been more about Sam, while Dean's just taken a back seat & didn't really do anything (apart from kill Ruby). If its about Sam yet again, (like the wall falling down) then I won't be watching it. I'm already bored with the Sam crap already this year, so I might not be watching S6 at all when it's on in UK.
LOL, the wall cracked on Friday. You so know it's going to fall completely at some point.
And we've had a lot of Sam centric seasons. I have no clue what you're talking about. Besides, I love both boys and don't care which one of them the show focuses on.
But they haven't even dealt with the civil war, Raphael, the angel artifacts on earth and what Balthazar wants with souls yet ... so how can the angel storyline be over, if they haven't started dealing with it this season?
Wait..what? Sam centric seasons exactly how again? When all Season 4 did was focus on Dean and his return from Hell. Then Season 5 we get all Dean again and you say that's Sam centric? Really...are you SURE you're watching the same show? Because I mean last time I checked, Sam didn't get an episode all to himself where Dean just showed up for 1 minute or 2. Let's think. Does In The Beginning ring a bell or The End? Or did we just up and forget about that and decide that those didn't count?
You've got to be kidding DDA. Are you sure you haven't got the show confused with something else. In s4 Dean was 'the chosen one', while Sam's character was assassinated. In s5 Dean was the chosen one again (by Michael / heaven) - with a lot of the focus being on his loss of faith. Sam may have been Lucifer's vessel but he was never tempted to say 'yes' in the way that Dean was. And the finale was as much about Dean's heroism as it was about Sam's. I simply do not get this skewed view of the show where everything is judged by how pro Dean (or pro Sam) particular storylines are. If you expect the show to be something it is not you will always be disappointed. It is about the brothers and their relationship. It will NEVER be the Dean show (nor the Sam show, nor the Cas show for that matter). If that is what you want you will never be satisfied.
Cas getting in trouble - must be taking a lesson from the Winchesters ;) Hopefully they will have more about the heavenly civil war before the finale...and more Balthy too!
O.O A two parter?!! yes! more story! Not looking forward to the wait though, I picture myself going nuts from whatever cliffhanger they leave. And I don't want it to end!!!!! (I pray to Castiel to give us a 7th season)
And CAS?!!!! yay more him! No! please don't let him get hurt, or worse permanently dead, but I doubt it.
it's amazing how a simple tweet can garner so many conflicting reactions from me :P
Real easy. The civil war stays in heaven, Cas is too busy with the civil war to come back to earth, Raphael takes out Balthazar, Rachel takes out Raphael, the angel artifacts remain safely buried somewhere harded to guess than Crowley's bones, and Dahne smile the biggest smile known to man. :-P All's right in the SPN verse. Oh and Misha Collins gets his own comedy series that doesn't involve celestial beings. All's right with the world.
I don't really care if Cas is killed of, but I don't think it's going to happen (unless Misha wants to move on to do something else) I actually think they're setting Cas up to Fall at the end of the season. He's become increasingly disenchanted with being an angel, he's slowly loosing his faith and he's also slowly becoming more and more human.
As long as the storyline is good and both brothers are there I don't particularly care if it's Dean centric or Sam centric. I just want to be entertained.
i hope Cas doesnt get killed off. Which would be stupid since of he's fan base and hes a part of the show.he's helped out the Winchesters way to much and saved them. Maybe they will save him. And if they wanted to kill him the had ohter chances to do it. and now he is part of promos and posters and is a regualr cast member. he is just to apart of the show. soo yeah . i just hope he doesnt get killed off he is one of my fave characters other then Dean.Sam is just to angusty for me.
How about...whatever Cas does makes him have to hide out as a human. That way we keep Misha, end the Angel storyline BUT have the option of picking it back up later. XD
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I was hoping the season finale was going to be a two parter since it was airing as a two hour finale in one night! I can't wait. And yay for a Cas storyline!
ReplyDeleteTwo hours of Supernatural awesomeness...and one episode.....
ReplyDeleteChristmas is very early this year :P
It is a two parter, since they both will have one story. I think they mean the twenty-first episode would be part one, and the twenty-second episode would be part two.
ReplyDeleteSounds great. I just hope we know soon that we are renewed so that the writers have plenty of time to plan the rest of this season and next. They are already filming ep 18. They need to know asap so that the writers can do the best job possible.
ReplyDeleteYup, I knew that! But we weren't sure if they'd be entirely separate episodes or a two parter until tonight.
ReplyDeleteNice! We didn't have a two parter since season 2 and I love AHB I and II. :D
ReplyDeleteActually, season 4 had a two parter in the middle of the season - 4.09 and 4.10, I believe.
ReplyDeleteyeah with the Anna story line but it wasnt an "official" two part. it was just two eps that went really well together haha
ReplyDeleteWe have to keep in mind that misha send that.... I'm not taking ANY thing he says seriously -_- i know better
ReplyDeleteIts starting to sound like a series finale rather than just the end of the season...However if Supernatural is back for S7, I predict no more Cas.
ReplyDeleteThis is the biggest tease ever; we're only up to Episode 14! HaHa
ReplyDeleteI seriously doubt that.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it sounds like a series finale. Smallville is having their series finale which is supposed to be 2 hours long and will take over Supernatural's time slot that night. ReplyDeleteUm no...? Where does it say series finale?
ReplyDeleteIf Castiel dies for good, i will no longer watch SPN
ReplyDeleteyeah me too. HAHAH! I think that the end of Cas would have come at season 5. They chose to keep him. its a done deal aahha. I fear more for Bobby than Cas actualy... THAT WOULD HURT SO MUCH omg.. okay why did I say this... HU *tears in the eye*
ReplyDelete2 last episode of this year --_--
ReplyDeleteyeah they are only making the best of the situation with smallville. we r getting 2 hours for Smallville series finale poeple NOT OURS. tsktsktsk kids, they jump to concluse.
ReplyDeleteI meant "Season" not "Series"
ReplyDeleteAmen to that! I'll prob watch.. in hopes to see him again but I WILL CRY. I'm very much crazy about this show ahahah. oh gosh I really dont wanna think about this. Even if im sure it wont happen. Sera seems to love Cas, and misha is too much... misha LOL
ReplyDeleteHE HAS A KID come on, needs the money ahahah
:D They are writing it now and filming episode 18 so yeah.
ReplyDeleteAS much as I love Castiel, I hate angels in general and most plots that dealt with them. If he goes I would miss him, but hopefully it would end the entire Heaven, Hell, Purgatory and Angels thing and go back to the calssic feel of seasons 1-3 that I preferred. I doubt it though...
ReplyDeleteYou do know there is contradictory in your statement, right?
ReplyDeleteYou don't want the 'Hell' aspect, but there was a 'Hell' aspect right from the beginning since Azazel was involved since the pilot, lol.
And hating on angels is harsh, haha. I doubt he'll die, but maybe lose his powers again.
HAHA! yea I guess it is, but I always thought of demons from hell as a generic... until they added they Christian mythology to it. not "The Hell", but "A" hell if that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteFar as being harsh saying I hated the angel plots, it was. But I was using antonyms to express a point I guess. If I hated them I would have stopped watching. ReplyDeleteI find the old vibe boring. You can watch the dvds for getting that 'old vibe' episodes and the people who like the new vibe can watch new episodes.
ReplyDeleteI mean by name. Otherwise there were more: Lucifer rising-Sympathy for the devil, Croatoan-Hunted, In the beginning-Metamorphosis....
ReplyDeleteA fortune teller! :D Can you tell me what you predict for the season finale wise wombatgrrl? Will it be about the angelic civil war, the mother of all or Sam's mind wall?

FINALLY,we'll get to see some Castiel...CAN'T WAIT!!!!
ReplyDeleteAhh, that makes sense :)

ReplyDeleteI've heard rumours that it will be called All Heaven Breaks Loose Part 1 and 2.
ReplyDeleteAre you serious?
ReplyDeleteOh My God, if true that would be freaking awesome! Want so incredibly bad.
ReplyDeleteHope Dean will have a bigger part in this years finale, since the past 2 have been more about Sam, while Dean's just taken a back seat & didn't really do anything (apart from kill Ruby). Oh please NO!!! That means we would have angel drama overflow in season 7 too. Please kill off the angel storyline writers. It's over.
ReplyDeleteBut they haven't even dealt with the civil war, Raphael, the angel artifacts on earth and what Balthazar wants with souls yet ... so how can the angel storyline be over, if they haven't started dealing with it this season?

misha is there..that's the most important because spn without him is not spn anymore but please don't kill him in the end...

ReplyDeleteUh oh, Cas.... you start making out with more black eyed skanks, and we're going to have issues!! lol Be a good angel ;) JK, but no demons, really.
ReplyDeletePlus he better not die. I think the fan base would EXPLODE if Cas was killed off!!
Sam and Dean to the rescue!
