Hey Supernatural Fans,
Episode 6.14, 'Mannequin 3: The Reckoning' has been out a few hours now and so I've put together the initial placing of the episode as voted by you:

It appears 6.14 wasn't the most popular episode of the season by anymeans, already struggling to hold itself off the bottom spot, and with more results to come is likely to fall into last place. One thing I've noticed is that often the scores drop as the week goes on.
It will be ineresting to see how next weeks crazy 'The French Mistake' performs, it looks like it could be a hoot, but it's dangerous stuff!

ReplyDeleteat least much more than some of the other ones this season
upset its so low
I LOVE the two lowest... so yeah.. no
ReplyDeletecome on! The new episodes after the hellatus deserve a higher place! Especially Like A Virgin!
ReplyDeleteLike A Virgin, Unforgiven, Mannequin Reckoning - those three are easily the top of the season for me. LOVE them, so yeah totally disagree it just shows the varied opinions of our fandom haha.
ReplyDeleteMy top episodes:
ReplyDelete1. Tie between Like A Virgin and Weekend At Bobbys
2. Family Matters
3. Appointment in Samarra
5. Unforgiven
6. Caged Heat
7. Clap your Hands if You Believe
8. You can't Hnadle the truth
9. Mannequin 3: The Reckoning
10. All Dogs go to Heaven
11. Exile on Main Street
12. Two and a half Men
13. Live free or Twi-Hard
14. The Third Man - absolutely horrible episode.
Might I point out that ''Samara'' is supposed to be ''Samarra'' and ''Bobbies'' is supposed to be ''Bobby's.''
ReplyDeleteDid the rating for Unforgiven slide? Last I saw it had gotten recalculated to being above 9.
ReplyDeleteI'd probably agree with the placement, because as much as I love Lisa and Ben, I just didn't feel like it resolved anything with their storyline in this episode.
ReplyDeleteI feel about the same as the compiled list... . all the bottom episodes I would put in the bottom third and the top episodes are all my top episodes of the season. I may lower Unforgiven a few spaces and raise Mannequin above it, since I think Unforgiven was one of the worst episodes of the season and the series.
ReplyDeleteI agree with that placing...
ReplyDeleteI know that some people really enjoyed it though.
For me, overall, this is how I'm sitting:
1. Weekend at Bobby's
2. Appointment in Samarra
3. Family Matters
4. You Can't Handle the Truth
5. Unforgiven
6. Clap Your Hands if You Believe
7. Like a Virgin
8. Caged Heat
9. Live Free or Twi-Hard
10. All Dogs go to Heaven
Up till now I really enjoyed all of these. These last ones, while they had redeeming qualities and were overall enjoyable enough (some more than others), were the ones that I was disappointed with.
11. Two and a Half Men
12. The Third Man
13. Mannequin 3: The Reckoning
14. Exile on Main St.
Next week could be really brilliant or it could be meh. I will watch it because I don't miss any episodes and also I'm often surprised because ones that I think we'll be bad will turn out to be great because the SPN crowd are so awesome.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think yesterday's episode was all that great. It was slow in places and Dean's storyline was predictable, including Lisa's reaction. I knew she'd be angry but she didn't have to be, really. I mean, when she told Dean that he needed to be a hunter and they'd always be there for him, she obviously didn't think through what that means. What I do like about the show though is that the boys don't always win. The last two episodes haven't been a win-situation for them. I hate shows/movies where there's no point watching because no matter what, everyone lives happily ever after.
Also, Unforgiven and Exile On Mainstreet deserve a higher rating so I don't completely agree with the list :o)
totally disagree. loved this episode. Put it at least top 6.
ReplyDeleteUnforgiven and Mannequin should be tied. They are the same show just focusing more on a different brother. Which one you like best seems like a good predictor of which brother you are most sympathetic to. These 2 define the idea of a filler episode.
