Best ending happy/sad/shocking/horrific to a movie?
I love this question as there are so many good choices and I'm sure a load I've missed.
Memento - I'm still not sure I fully understand even after 40 watches.
The Sixth Sense - I was lucky enough not be be spoilt for this ending and it really did surprise me.
The Planet of the Apes - Damn you, Damn you all to hell!
The Usual Suspects - The reveal of Keyser Soze
Seven - Shocking and Depressing
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - Still brings a tear to my eye
Silent Running - I completely bawled my eyes out at that
The Thing - Great film, literally chilling ending.
Lost - Simply Beautiful
The Sopranos - Fade to Black
