One of the best. This show continues to demonstrate that it's possible to write a strong female character without making her kick, punch, or shoot. This episode shows women struggling to find and maintain their own identities. Diane chooses the job she loves over the chance at romantic love. Eli's daughter prevails over her father when he refuses to let her go to Israel. Alicia and Grace battle over Grace's interest in Christianity, and while respectfully maintaining her position, Alicia presents Grace with a bible and the promise to drive her to church. I think she's giving her daughter a terrific message: if you want to espouse a cause, take control and educate yourself.
Then there's Natalie Flores (wonderfully played by America Ferrara), fighting to change the illegal alien status that is holding her back, and sharp enough to investigate Eli, who is in turn investigating her. Great character, and I hope we see more of her.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
