  3. Well you might find it "interesting" but I want Lisbon in charge. as much as I love Cho. This is just wrong.

  4. Don't get me wrong! I do want Lisbon in charge! but I want to see the situation it creates. What will Cho do about it? I can totally imagine him at the end of the episode telling LaRoche he's not taking over Lisbon. And what will be Lisbon's reaction towards it? And Jane's? It creates drama. I'm sure it will be temporal and Lisbon will be back in charge, but I'm looking forward to see the situation.

  5. Oh yeah drama it will be. I just don't like how the writers treat Lisbon like she's unworthy of her job. It's not the first time her position gets questioned and it's getting old. It makes her looks incompetent imho.
But I agree I guess maybe Cho will secrectly let her be in charge cause he's that loyal. Certainly Lisbon will be not amused.

  6. Laroche has already made Rigsby and Van Pelt look like they're bad cops, he's now doing the same to Lisbon and it would not surprise me if he goes after Cho if he challenges him.

And who knows? Van Pelt proved Laroche wrong in the last episode, so maybe Lisbon can turn the situation 180 degrees too...

  7. as much as I love Lisbon, it's gonna be awesome to see Cho in charge. and because he's loyal and all he probably won't do anything to question Lisbon's authority, but still...more Cho! yay!

  9. No business like Cho business...

@MariaZ, I'm so with you. There's no way Lisbon would be permanently booted out of the throne. But it WILL create a heckuvaload of drama, especially as it plays directly to her insecurities - insecurities that Jane (for all his insensitive tomfoolery) can't stand being needled at by anybody but him. (Does anybody remember "Blood Money"? "I'm always going to save you, Lisbon"?) See, their team has a very VERY delicate equilibrium which the writers have spend almost three seasons establishing. Yes, they might throw in some potassium oxide to watch it explode a bit but to be honest it will always return to its base form. Cho is the right hand man and hates the spotlight - Lisbon will continue to wing her way through leadership as she's still young enough to need to prove herself.

Looking forward to this episode! Thank GOODNESS for torrents, here in NZ we haven't even made it to airing the first episode of season 3...
