Cancelled Shows
Since this would be Human Target night if the season hadn't wrapped, I thought it was also the perfect day to roll out why I think there should be a season three. Join me and my mighty big soapbox, and share your favorite HT moments!
The choreographed fight scenes are the best there are on TV!
ReplyDeleteAmen. When I first interviewed Matt Miller, he said that he'd never seen anything like them, and that's coming off of Chuck - which has won multiple Emmys in the stunt category.
ReplyDeletehuman target is awesome and we need it back! i want more, and hell yeah you can call me greedy if you want. but ill miss all the action, good stories and explosions if the show is no longer on the air.
ReplyDeleteCome on fox it has to be cheaper to stick with a show slowly building a fan base than all the money to make some stupid show like Bob's Burgers, human target is just good entertainment

ReplyDeleteI had problems with accepting this show in the first season...but the second season just became better with the two ladies that join the cast (especially Mrs. Pucci ... love the British accent). It's a very good show,..action and less secrecy of a procedural. But since in the main season there is too much competition, i think the show would be more watched during the summer season.
ReplyDeletethats an interesting idea. i know Leverage on TNT, which is actually kind of similar to Human Target broadcasts over the summer.
ReplyDeletewith the addition of the 2 new leading ladies, Human Target has become one of the best shows on television in my opinion. The fight scenes, tension, wit, and all-around entertainment make this a must-keep! PLEASE FOX!!!

ReplyDeleteI literaly enjoyed EVERY episode, so whenever I was about to watch new epi of HT I knew it would be one incredible hour!
It has great action, humor, very interesting characters, cool and untypical cases and intriguing overall story about Chance's past and his boss, Guerrero and don't start me on the fight choreography ( I believe they were fighting inside an elevator at some point - how cool is that!!! )
Loved season 1 and didn't have any problem with S2 because of two women ( especially not with Ames )
but I understand why some don't agree. The three guys are obviously the core of the show
I never understood why the show was doing worse in ratings ( that damn R-Word again :( )
Folks really seem to like the procedurals ( see NCIS/ CSI or whatever ) and action - so why not watch Human Target??? ( Oh right, there are those "fun" reality shows that keep our brains frozen )
Guerrero's last scene alone makes it worthy of renewal.
ReplyDeleteBring back Human Target. Get rid of stupid so called 'Reality Shows'. Love the actions, great delivery from top notch actors, the humor, the stunts, what's not to like? Fox people, how many bowls of stupid did you eat lately? Just saying. Do NOT cancel Human target.

ReplyDeleteI like Ilsa and Ames and how they interact with Guerrero,Wiston and Chance...then Guerrero and Ames together are really funny! Finally, Guerrero is a fantastic character, he really steals the scene...so smart and bad!
Moreover, there's nothing like this on tv..so, please, make a 3rd season!
Seriously, dude? Just one? Pretty much anytime Guerrero is on the screen! Like when he gave the chick the choice between pulling out her fingernails or shooting her in the kneecaps. Butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.
ReplyDeletei really really enjoy this show, i would be bummed if it didn't get renewed! i haven't really been paying attention to the discussions, but from what i've seen in the ratings it hasn't been doing that bad, right?? i don't get it, it always gets 8-10 million viewers, 2.4-3 in the 18-49... what do they want??? that's more than twice many other shows get... i'm confused...
