BILLY BALDWIN RETURNS — Ben’s (guest star David Call) mother (guest star Marsha Dietlein Bennett) comes to town, forcing issues to the surface between Ben and Serena (Blake Lively). Russell Thorpe (guest star Michael Boatman) is determined to destroy Chuck’s (Ed Westwick) family legacy, but he risks alienating his daughter, Raina (guest star Tika Sumpter), in the process. Billy Baldwin returns as William van der Woodsen, Lily’s ex-husband and Serena and Eric’s father. Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr and Matthew Settle also star. David Warren directed the episode written by Robby Hull (##417).

I couldn't agree more. These dumb ass plot-lines about Chuck's stupid hotel have gotten SO OLD. They need to stop revisiting old story-lines like 500 times and come up with something original. Case and point: Georgina, Jack Bass, Chuck's Hotel, Lily, etc. etc. etc. A lot of these plot lines weren't even good to begin with, and then they just beat them to death!!!
ReplyDeleteCAN SOMEONE PLEASE FINALLY BURN THAT DAMN HOTEL DOWN? I swear another episode about Chuck's hotels and his legacy he couldn't care less about ten eps ago sucks. Don't get me wrong, I love Chuck but this so-called storyline of his own is not just pointless but also annoying. Can't he be successful for once? Why does he always has to end up as the loser?
