This was actully good for V.It did better than several of the last few episodes of season 1.A genre show In 6 million In total viewers are good. And It keep It's audence throughout the hour.It was ABC'S best show among 18-49 Demo last night.
ReplyDeleteTo get a third season V needs to remain In 5-6 Million In total viewers and keep audence In 18-49 Demo It got last night.I suspect It will come down to choice between V and No Ordinary family for renewal like last season it was between v and Flashforward.I would put my money on V.
Hopefully if it manages to maintain viewers ABC will choose V over NOF as it's already more established .... let's hope anyway! Although, sadly, I think season 2 will be the last :( ABC not doing so well with their dramas at the minute!

ReplyDeleteV had more viewers than NOF,but is much more expensive to produce V than NOF,so Abc might cancel V just to sper a few $...i really hope i'm wrong, but V's end might be comeing soon...
ReplyDeleteLast night laid the groundwork for the season. and I feel that it can only go up from last night. I think if V keeps its demos and ratings then it will keep its spot. i doubt they will expand but if they keep on the same pace and even go up in the rating then V will keep its Early January to march slot.
ReplyDeleteOver the hour as well, V basically had 100% viewer retention, NOF lost around half an hour, thats not great at all.
ReplyDeleteMy feared came true, the lack of NOF lead-in caused damages to V (but the premiere was WOAH!). But the good news is that V gained few viewers in the hour, and got better in the 18-49 share than NOF (which is, I'm not wrong is very important to the networks). We'll see in the upcoming weeks if V is still stable, but as for now, I don't skin the lizard before catching it! Meaning, too early to tell if V will be cancelled or not. I really hope that it won't be the case because V got much more potential than NOF.
ReplyDeleteVery good for V1!!!
ReplyDeletelol
V was awesome. Love Elizabeth Mitchell! Hoping ABC keeps this show around.
ReplyDeleteDamn many guys comment on V XD But why the hell not V rules! :D
