Enjoyed the ep alot! I liked that Hardison stepped up to the plate as mastermind and even though Nate felt he was extending himself too far with the intricacies of the plan, that like a good father figure let him run with the plan, but made sure that there was the support of a backup plan, and the end sequence where he praised Hardison was perhaps the best part of the ep for me.....
I didn't much care for it. Hardison's cocky attitude had me wanting to see his plane fail and I was happy when ti did. Confidence is one thing but he was just being a cocky little bugger and that's something I've always found annoying. Plus, didn't we already have a Hardison ep or two earlier in the season. Waiting for a good Eliot ep.
I really liked it. For one, it is one of the few episode where I liked Nate. Usually he's such an arrogant, rude jerk to everyone else that I hope he gets killed off. In this episode he comes off as a mentor and it really suits him. They should try making him likable more often. I also liked that the focus was on what Hardison brings to the team. I often think the others short shift him so it was hilarious seeing them try to work the remote and keyboard.
I also learned something about how video games are created in this episode. Generally I avoid all things gamer but if the episode is real, they put a tremendous amount of thought and psychology into game creation. It's no wonder I know so many people addicted to video games.
The only bad part of the episode was how little Eliot was in it. I am a huge fan of both Hardison and Parker but I think it's time for the Eliot-centered plot line. Or even better, one that focuses on Eliot, Hardison, and Parker. These three are the reason i watch the show anyway.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was awesome! I loved Hardison in charge and his extremely complicated plan!
ReplyDeleteI loved this episode, and it was great!
It was a complicated plan...but he gave it a good go for it.

ReplyDeleteIt was an alright episode, not the best, but I do have high standards for this show now so that could just be it :)
ReplyDeleteThe end was sweet though.
I was so preoccupied w/ transferring music to my Kindle that I barely watched. oops.
