Thanks to Two Sides for the following.

Hawaii Five-0 will be broadcast on Sky1 and Sky1HD in February. The show was originally set to air on Bravo, however as of January 1st, the channel no longer exists.

    Thanks for the info. I was wondering when the premiere was going to be when Sky bought Bravo and removed all the channels.
