Fringies,
I'm going to be sitting in on a conference call with John Noble (Walter Bishop) & Guest Star of the upcoming episode Christopher Lloyd (Roscoe Joyce) tomorrow afternoon, as they talk about Fringe's Friday return (Watch it!) and I will only get a short period of time with the pair but was wondering if any of you, the fans, had any great questions that I may be able to squeeze in the time I'll have.
I'm majorly excited, and I'll try to get in as many of your questions that I can, but I can promise nothing. :P
For now, and to inspire your Fringe-Minded-Conscious into great question mode, I leave you with this, as it kinda looks like something Walter may have made:

can you ask them how it was to work together ?
ReplyDeleteNot at all a question, but maybe slip in a selfless promotion for fringenetwork.com and the work that's being done to spread the Fringe Friday love! eg. Operation White Tulip.
ReplyDelete- if not -
Q: What are your thoughts on the move to Friday nights?
Enjoy the interview Mr. Harris :)
I'm a fan of the White Tulip, I posted the email here that fringenetwork sent out at the weekend :)
ReplyDeleteI agree that a nod to Fringe Network and fan promotion would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could ask Mr. Noble and Mr. Lloyd if there was anything in their own lives that they would change if they could? Especially after considering the unintended consequences.
DarthLocke:
ReplyDeleteTo: John Noble: It seems like the show is going back to it's 'pattern' roots by proposing interesting or mystical entanglements betweens characters and/or events in the universe(s) through space and time. How do fell about the idea of that--in one way or another things can be interconnected? Did you ever have any weird experiences that seem to tie back to other parts of your life?
@John Noble: Can you ask him if he thinks whether the writers/creators have a settled plot for the show or if they just develop it along the way?
ReplyDeletecheers! :)
A little off topic, but I'd like to know Mr Lloyd's opinion on a Back to the Future Reboot.
ReplyDeletecan you ask Christopher Lloyd what does he feel with the re-release of Back to the Future in many countries?
ReplyDeletePD: correct please my grammatical mistakes please! i'm from argentina :P
Talk about your battle of the eccentrics...well not battle, but more of a meeting.
ReplyDeleteFor Mr. Lloyd.. What's it like to be associated with such iconic characters as Reverend Jim and Dr. Emmit Brown, and if he wishes more people knew about any of his other roles. Maybe one role in particular he wishes more people knew.
For Mr.Noble: Which roles he finds more challenging or fun to play... the quixotic and eccentric Walter or the more dramatic roles.
Oh and maybe ask Christopher Lloyd if he does any singing like his nephew Sam Lloyd (Ted from Scrubs).
ReplyDeletewow didn't know that was his nephew. I guess The hair genes didn't come from Christopher's side.
ReplyDeleteHAHA I was thinking that the singing gene may be from the other side of the family because the hair gene is definitely his side... but I did not think it was appropriate to add that to my question for him....
ReplyDeleteEPIC.
ReplyDeleteI don't know a whole lot about Christopher Lloyd, and I think that he is probably sick about Back to the Future questions at this point! So I'm just gonna have to submit one for the fantastic Mr.Noble:
How far do you go in creating separate mannerisms and developing nuances for Walternate? Did you approach him as a completely separate character, shaped by different life experiences, or as an extention of Walter?
That's a good one. And indeed, I can't come up with any good question that isn't related to Back to the Future for Christopher Lloyd. So I'm just going to ask a classic : was it a good experience to work again in the sci-fi/scientific world on Fringe and is he ready to come back on the show?
ReplyDeleteTried to think of a non-Back to the Future question for Christopher Lloyd after others here commenting on it. Maybe...
ReplyDeleteWhat was it like to reprise Jim Ignatowski (and play himself) 20 years after Taxi in Man in the Moon with Jim Carrey? How was it to play himself 20 years after the fact?
To Both: Of all the inventions that you guys have seen in your movies which one would u choose to really have?
ReplyDeleteQ: If Christopher played Doc Brown in Fringe, what the relationships between him and Walter would look like?
