Thanks to FringeWatch for sending us the following..

A while ago we posted a casting call for a Young Peter

"[YOUNG PETER] Looking for a 9 year old Joshua Jackson. Dark hair. Blue eyes. Co-Star. Possible Guest Star."

This appears to now have been cast by Chandler Canterbury (IMDB).

    Note bad! He definitely looks younger than Quinn Lord. Even if Quinn was 11 playing 9, maybe they just wanted Peter to look veryyyy young and innocent as is Young Olivia. EXCITED.

    Peter was 7 when he died and when Peternate was taken by Walter. So either this is exploring what happened 2 years after the swap or their is a timeline discrepancy.

    Oh and Olivia is one year younger than Peter; age 9 of course being when she confronts her stepfather. I really loved the kid who played Peter in "Peter," but I guess they needed him to look younger.

    Pretty sure we are suppose to see the consequences/after math of Peternate's abduction, both to the universe(s) and perhaps to Peter himself...Peter did start to remember that Walter was experimenting on him, shocking him with the car battery and such most likely to help Peter 'emotionally' cope with space-time displacement...
