  1. Still not 100% sold, some of the Cape FX were interesting :P

But, I'll give it a go for sure :)

  2. I'll likely watch it, but I'm really not expecting it to last long. Way too many TV shows are on the chopping block right out of the gate these days.

Summer Glau will be a major draw for a lot of fans, so maybe those numbers will help pad that bottom line. I'm fairly certain that's what kept Terminator going so long. ;)

  3. Well, it seems NBC's giving this show a good marketing push.

  4. 1st of all NBC does have an awesome show...its called CHUCK! That being said i will be donning a cape on Jan 9th. I love superheros comic books, and summer glau! I have loved firefly and terminator SCC! And while only watching one ep of dollhouse i liked it just haven't had the time. Its time Sci-fi became popular again!

Summer has a following that's true but it's not that huge or TSCC would still be on air.

  6. Judging from how they’re scheduling it (Premiere on Sunday 9, Repeat on Monday 10 in its regular Monday timeslot then new episodes airing on Mondays after that) NBC seems to have more faith in The Cape than anything else left on the bench.

  7. These clips are the best preview I’ve seen of the show yet! It looks like a cross between Batman Begins and the first Spiderman movie.

Summer finally cracks into the Big Three primetime networks! What a bonus to see Summer in a TV series with Keith David; I’ve been a fan of his since The Thing movie in 1982. Hopefully we’ll get to see Summer whip out the kung fu on Mr. Franks & Beans!

  8. Most of these clips are extended versions of promos clips we saw earlier. Good move NBC.
    Can’t wait for the pilot!

  9. Seriously cool!
Clip number nine : Orwell discovers who The Cape really is! Well acted by both David Lyons and Summer Glau! Another indication that the show is better than the promos.
