Thanks to Madalyn from bonesaddictsanonymous for sending us the following.

Under the Press Release: "The Bullet in the Brain" there's a list of guest stars. A previous spoiler alluded to the Gravedigger and an intern being killed by the sniper in that episode. The only squintern listed is Wendell - which leads me to believe he'll be the intern killed....

    so gutted. i would have rather them kill clark or nigel murray. although i guess wendall's death would have the greatest impact

    It's not Wendall. Read the sides if you want to know. It's been hinted at who it is in recent cast interviews too. I think it's a lot of hype for nothing really!

    1. I think we all knew the most likely Gravedigger/Sniper casualty was gonna be a squintern. That part was pretty obvious for a good long while so no surprise there.

    2. Of course they're gonna go for the most painful choice possible. Otherwise what's the point in killing em? We all forget sometimes but Bones can sometimes be a touch cruel (the season 3 finale for Zach was like a dagger to the heart though they partly corrected that in season 4). Wendell is the one we all would hate to see go so of course he's the pick. His popularity is his doom. Especially because he was the pretty solid vote to become Zach's official replacement.
