While I am very excited about the episode (Bobby's in it - what else do we need), I'm not sure puns are the way to go, SPN announcer guy. Don't "axe" me. Sounds like a bad Halloween joke or something you find on Laffy Taffy.
That pun.. ffffuuu.. I immediately thought of The Daily Show when Jon was all YOU'RE NOT PUNNY Dx 'course he was talking about news people, but still.. this was the same, painful-to-hear caliber as those cringe-inducing.. okay maybe because the news people do it so much I've been numbed to their humor fails, but I seriously cringed when I heard that announcer person .. lsdfgjhdnlauksdukhnk;db;k fffffuuu.. omg. The more I think about it the more intense the feeling becomes. DX;; Just think about when Christian first got his neck snapped Just think about when Christian first got his neck snapped Just think about when Christian first got his neck snapped...
What exactly does Death do? If the reapers take the soul to Heaven or Hell, does Death visit the moment a person is supposed to die to kill him? If that's the case, and Bobby has a date with death, does that mean that Dean would be there to witness Sam axe him and Dean would be the one who would actually kill him?
Looking forward to this episode hopefully the week goes by quickly. This may be the turning point we are looking for so Sam can get his soul back. I hope Dean gets some answers by taking on Death's job for the day. At this point I can say I am getting a little more concerned for Sam's well being. He appears to be going off the deep end there with the axe. Reminds me of Mystery Spot. He may think he can stop from getting his soul back but this could all backfire on him and he does not even know it. Looking forward to seeing Sam and Bobby interaction. I have already stated I enjoy Soul-less Sam but am ready for our Sammy to come back to us so the healing can begin.
Man I hope not. Dean had enough guilt over Marshall dying for him in Faith when he had no control over it. I can't imagine what would happen if he had to choose who dies as well as how.
Well, he certainly won't be having a talk with Crowley like I thought when I first heard the synopsis. Oh Supernatural, what you do to me! I loved Crowley. He was such a fun villain.
I cannot wait for Friday to get here! I guess Dean "dies" to hook up with Death to try and save Sam. I hope Dean figures out what Sam is doing with Bobby and gets there in time. Dean always seems to be one step ahead of everyone else when it comes to Sam and I hope nothing different will happen this time. Should be a great episode. We will have a long wait for another new one after this week, but I think the second half of the season is going to be a learning experience for all of us in how Sam gets his soul back. I just hope he does get it back. I miss the old Sam so much! I hope Cass is wrong in what he said could happen to Sam once his soul is back. I don't expect him to just return to normal right away, but I hope it is not a devastating event for Sam and Dean to live through just for a chance at a normal life.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Lord, this episode will be awesome! Dean doing Death's job... Very nice.
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't know you, but the scene when Sam is breaking the door with the axe remind me "The Shining" movie.

ReplyDeleteAnd LOL, Death looks like he's standing a little too close to Dean in the still for this promo. You learn tips from the pizza man, too, there, Death?
UGH! OMG THIS. Dx

ReplyDeleteI know, the narrator ruined it. Making it sound like a sitcom. Go back to captions, CW!
ReplyDeleteBetween "Dean's killer new job" and "Don't axe me"....
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering what Death will do with his day off... something tells me he's not going to be drinking lemonade in the carribean.

ReplyDeleteWhat are you talking about? That's exACTLY what Death intends to do...
ReplyDeleteand maybe visit Chicago again for that delicious pizza. |D
Yeah! Exactly! hey btw did you think the guy died from a heart attack just coz Dean said so?
ReplyDeleteOf course, how silly of me. :)

ReplyDeleteI didn't notice it untill someone mentioned it, looks like around 0:15 Sam's forehead is bleeding.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Bobby punched him or something.
I don't think that I've fully recuperated from the "Don't AX me" line from that promo.
ReplyDeleteThat was effing abhorrent. *shiver*
