  1. Bob Odenkirk - I know it'll most probably be Nimoy winning that category or maybe Michael J. Fox, both guys that deserve to be voted for, but for me Odenkirk was simply too amazing this year on Breaking Bad. Has anyone seen the Better Call Saul videos? They were hilarious. And his performance last season was amazing.
Futurama - I'm a huge South park fan as you might be able to tell from my name, but the comeback season of Futurama was pretty great even though it wasn't the show's strongest season. Archer was quite funny too, but not close to Futurama.

  2. Such a tough choice between Mark Sheppard, Jim Beaver and Misha Collins for the first one! Eventually went with Mark Sheppard because the other two are such frequent visitors that I don't really consider them guest stars (in fact, Misha's a regular this season). And also because Crowley is awesome and I love him. 'Lois, Clark and the Blur' got best Love Triangle for me, partially because I love Smallville and partially because I think it's the only love triangle I can remember with only two people involved. Finally, best animated: Spongebob! No competition.

  3. After the first 200 Votes, here are the top 5 in no particular order.

    Best Animated Show
Spongebob Squarepants, The Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy and South Park

    Favourite Guest Star
Neil Patrick Harris (Glee), Timothy Dalton (Chuck), Leonard Nimoy (Fringe), Misha Collins (Supernatural), Julia Stiles (Dexter)

    Best Love Triangle
Hannah & Booth/Booth & Bones (Bones), Jack/Kate/Sawyer (Lost), Bill/Sookie/Eric (True Blood), Olivia Dunham, Peter Bishop, Alt-Olivia Dunham (Fringe), Damon, Elena, Stefan (The Vampire Diaries)

You'll have to try and guess whose leading ;)

    ReplyDelete
  4. Best Love Triangle......only one possible choice....Altlivia / Peter / Olivia.....Fringe
Anna Torv playing 2 parts of the triangle....pure brilliance!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Best threesome ever...hmm I apologize for the crudeness of this statement but I couldn't help it. Anna Torv is just too beautiful

    ReplyDelete
  6. Best Animated Show
Futurama, its come back was way better than Family Guy's

    Favourite Guest Star
Timothy Dalton in Chuck, pure awesome

    Best Love Triangle
    Olivia, Peter, Altlivia

    ReplyDelete
  7. Animated: the Simpsons, because they have social relevance in addition to being entertaining :)
(And I don't get Spongebob, seriously).

Best love triangle: Alicia/Will/Peter - because it's realistic... although I almost chose Howard/Bernadette/Raj.

Favorite guest star, wow, so many to choose from! I picked NPH because he was awesome and his rendition of "dream on" was great but I could have picked so many, it's really unfair - you should have "guest star/comedy" and "guest star/drama".

    ReplyDelete
  8. My Personal Picks

Olivia Dunham, Peter Bishop, Alt-Olivia Dunham (Fringe)
    Family Guy
    Leonard Nimoy (Fringe)

    ReplyDelete
  9. Well, since the triangle in The Good Wife isn't in (I assume because of the demo the site skews to), I'd go with the Fringe triangle with alt-Olivia,, although it's not quite a triangle since I don't think Peter can't choose between the two, right?

    ReplyDelete
  10. I voted for
    Kristin Chenoweth
    Fringe Triangle and
    Phineas and Ferb

    ReplyDelete
  11. Mark Sheppard (SPN)
    True Blood Tringle
    Spongebob Squarepants

    ReplyDelete
  12. No V nominated? I don't understand!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Can`t believe I had to chose between Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard and Jim Beaver... in the end I went with Misha, although I really love Bobby and Mark Sheppard as Crowley was just awesome!
Best Love Triangle - Vampire Diaries , mostly because of how Ian Somerhalder portrays his part in that triangle.
I didn`t vote in the last poll, because I watch none of the shows ;)

    ReplyDelete
  14. Timothy Dalton
    The Vampire Diaries
    Family Guy

    ReplyDelete
  15. Day 1 : Raising Hope, Fringe and Bryan Cranston.
Day 2 : The Big C, Danny McBride and Amy Poehler.
Day 3 : Jon Hamm, Britta Perry/Jeff Winger/Annie Edison and American Dad.

  16. Seriously, Spoiler TV, Misha Collins is not a guest star, so I did not where I ordinarily would. Mark Perragrino, as Lucifer, and Mark Shephard, as Crowley, yes, but in Season Five, Misha Collins was contracted as a regular with Jensen and Jared. There are three names on that screen now. This was poorly done.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Misha was a regular last season.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I vote Mark Shephard for Best Guest Star and Stefan, Damon and Elena for Best Love Triangle. The animateds I don't watch, so no vote.

    ReplyDelete
  19. No, have to be Damon, Stefan, and Elena, lol

    ReplyDelete
  20. 1) Emily Bergl (Desperate Housewives)

    2) Nate - Serena - Dan (Gossip Girl)

    3) The Simpsons

    ReplyDelete
  21. Misha is not a guest star. He became a regular in season 5. Shouldn't have been in the running.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Mark Sheppard (Supernatural) love Crowley he was gr8

    ReplyDelete
  23. South Park for animated shows, no doubt about it.

    ReplyDelete
  24. We get it. Misha is listed as a regular, but he has had very little screen time so far. People who are not regulars have been on more than he has. I think that should allow people to vote for him in this category, especially since obviously people nominated him here. Look on the bright side - he could win here and that isn't happening on Lead Character. Besides it's not Dark fault that fans nominated him here.

    ReplyDelete
  25. OMG give it a rest woman.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Jim Beaver - in anything
I hate love triangles so I chose the one in White Collar. At least Kate is dead so triangle solved.
Ben 10 - only because I don't watch a lot of animated shows but my niece and I watch Ben 10 each week.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I voted Misha Collins.

    Just cos.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I know that he is a regular in season 5 ;) but he was in this poll and I voted for him because I already adored Castiel before season 5 ;)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Julia Stiles!! no one else comes close!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. She was actually pretty amazing on Dexter. Much better than I thought she would be.

    ReplyDelete
  31. The first one was tough between Julia Stiles and Peter Weller, they were both so brilliant. But Julia Stiles had a bigger and definitely harder part, so I went with her =)

And for the second one, well, no love triangle can compare with what Fringe did this season! Easy vote for that one.

  32. willyoubemyconstant15 December 2010 at 13:02

Yes! Somebody else voted for the Community love triangle as well. I'm just curious, but do you prefer Jeff/Britta or Jeff/Annie?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost)
    Damon/Elena/Stefan (The Vampire Diaries)
    The Simpsons

    ReplyDelete
  34. Futurama, Titus Welliver, and Jeff-Britta-Alison Triangle.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Not sure if Misha Collins should be considered a guest star. He was a series regular in season 5. Though I still voted for him, as I adore Castiel. Actually, all SPN guest stars were pretty amazing - probably because you have to have many awesome guests in a show with only two lead roles.
I also really and surprisingly liked Mandy Moore on Grey's Anatomy. Maybe just because the storyline of her character was so sad and ragic.

    ReplyDelete
  36. This was tough for the best guest star but I had to go with Mark Sheppard. Jim and Misha can't really be considered guest stars since they are around so much. Also, wasn't Julian Richings as Death was on the list of nominations for best guest star?

    ReplyDelete
  37. I voted for Peter Weller, because his guest stint in Fringe was awesomely good,

and then in the love triangle for the Two Olivia's & Peter, for sheer imagination from the Fringe writers! :P

    ReplyDelete
  38. Today's votes: Darren Cris, that is getting in the main cast; Fringe's triangle, they're really more... more everything then the TVD's one; the other poll i vote in simpsons just cause its the only i ever saw (ok, i ve saw spongebob)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Nice to see some Family Guy love. It seems like most people keep saying it's burned out, but I love it.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Skipped animated show because I wasn't watching any this year. Will/Alicia/Peter from The Good Wife got my vote, especially after last night's fine episode. Hardest category was guest star, but finally went with Michael J. Fox.

    ReplyDelete
  41. MISHA COLLINS.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I so need to get back into Breaking Bad.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Maybe Elena/Stefan/Katherine... or Elena/Damon/Katherine...

    But not Damon/Elena/Stefan.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I think, like most animated shows, they have their on/off episodes.

I still love American Dad and The Cleveland Show too though so...

    ReplyDelete
  45. You know who else shouldn't have been in the running?

    John McCain.

But that didn't stop him now did it?

    ReplyDelete
  46. I enjoy American Dad. I think it's great how they avoid the nonsensical, cut-away humor that defines Family Guy while remaining amusing. The Cleveland Show never did it for me, though.

    ReplyDelete
  47. he was a guest star last season which is also 2010

    ReplyDelete
  48. Cleveland Show is a bit iffy. It's my least favourite but I still enjoy it more than the later episodes of The Simpsons and South Park.

    ReplyDelete
  49. He was a regular last season, starting from 2009.

Not that I care. The more Misha the better.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Olivia, Peter, Bolivia (Fringe)

    ReplyDelete
  51. Voted Leonard Nimoy and Olivia, Peter and AltOlivia
The triangle thing made me doubt between Sawyer-Kate-Jack, but decided to go for Fringe, because the Lost Love Triangle was way more alive in Season 3 and four. I didn't think it was such a big part of Lost in S6, so :)

    ReplyDelete
  52. I voted Peter Weller, Olivia/Peter/Alternate Olivia, Archer

    ReplyDelete
  53. Um yeah Peter will 100% never want to be with the other Olivia, he was only "with" her because he thought she was the one he loved. Pesky alternate universes with genetic doppelgangers! His reaction to her in Entrada is nothing short of "You are going down."

    ReplyDelete
  54. I like both of them in different ways.

Jeff and Britta have a more defying chemistry, they don't want to admit they like each other and Jeff certainly isn't shy with/in front of Britta. On the other hand, Jeff's relationship with Annie is more romantic (and yet it's kind of weird because in some episodes Britta and Jeff act like her parents ^^).

In the end, if I really have to choose, I'd say Jeff/Annie I guess ;). How about you?

But what I like the most about this on Community, it's that this love triangle thing is not always on screen. Like I said, in some episodes Jeff acts like Annie's father, that proves the show really isn't about love triangles, it's usually in the background and that's better, but I like it when it's on though. We don't hear about it in every episode and I'm totally cool with that, I'm not much of a fan of love triangles in general.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Joshua Jackson said it best: "Did you just ask me if I'm fucking the woman next to me AND another version of her as well? Only on our show is that possible."

Obviously, Fringe should win Best Love Triangle.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Timothy Dalton has been great. I figured that it would be just dumb stunt casting, but he has nailed it

    ReplyDelete
  57. Dalton has been fun to watch

    ReplyDelete
  58. I went with Timothy Dalton for Chuck (hes played two totally different characters and rocked both), Jack/Kate/Sawyer for Lost, and Family Guy

    ReplyDelete
  59. Agree. Sawyer was pretty much out of the triangle this past season.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Timothy Dalton(Chuck) he's incredible in every episode he's at,Peter/Olivia/Alt-olivia(Fringe) for being the most original love triangle, and Futurama.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Titus Welliver! He was a great Smokey!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Whoever made these catagories up do they watch Grey's Anatomy? There was no triangle. Callie and Arizona were not together at the time. And Callie called it off with Sloan because she missed Arizona. Besides Sloan is with Lexie now.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Aw, no one here has had any Dr. Who love? Bernard Cribbins was phenomenal.

Love triangle was tough. Fringe vs. Big Joe/Jules/Big Carl.

    ReplyDelete
  64. After a 1000+ votes here is some info.

There are currently only 15 votes between the Top 2 in the Best Triangle Poll.
Only 7 votes between the top 2 Guest Starts and just 50 votes separating the Top 5
100 Votes separates the Top 5 in the Animated Poll.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Nitpicky, and I'm glad he's nominated, but as of Season 6 Misha Collins is a cast regular, not a guest star.

    ReplyDelete
  66. PS. Would have loved voting for Nestor Carbonell as guest star for Ab Aeterno (Lost), but he wasn't on the list. Too bad :-(

    ReplyDelete
  67. I'm surprised to see Callie, Arizona and Mark as a "love triangle".

    ReplyDelete
  68. Misha's classified as a regular. So is Jim even though they're not on every single show because of how important their characters are to the series. Both Marks would be the guest stars.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I think it is awesome that Supernatural had Mark P., Mark S., Misha, and Jim. It was hard to choose because they are all excellent in their character portrayal. In the end I chose Jim Beaver because you I really enjoy his character and he has such a good repore with Jared and Jensen.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Haaaah, thats fun. ^^
Thanks for Nominating Michael O'Neil! Of course I voted for him, after he scared me totally in Greys Anatomy's Finale!
How are Marc&Arizona&Callie a Love-Triangle?? Did I miss something???? Voted for Vampys :)
    And.. Simpsons

    ReplyDelete
  71. Jim Beaver - every episode with Bobby in it is just that little bit more special - he's 'surly and got a beard' and his 'downhome cornpone insults' are truly classic.
    Idjits!
Apologies to the other fantastic SPN guest stars.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Misha Collins as Castiel. Hands down.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Oh and really glad it was 'favorite' guest star and not 'best' guest star - we wouldn't want someone to have to explain the difference to us again.

    ReplyDelete
  74. For animated: Batman: The Brave and the Bold (not on the list, but great show)
    Bob Odenkirk
    Jack/Kate/Sawyer :)

    ReplyDelete
  75. As much as I'm tempted to vote for Mark Sheppard in Everything Ever, I went with Bernard Cribbins, because that's a performance that's going to stick with me for years to come.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Really? Random, wonder why he was included in this poll then...

    ReplyDelete
  77. I thought, "Oh, it's my terrible memory again," so I checked back and, yeah, actually I did nominate him. But for Lost and I didn't specify Ab Aeterno. Oh well, there are still plenty of terrific choices. No biggie. This is fun.

    ReplyDelete
  78. 1º---misha collins
    2º---bill/souki/erik
    3º----futurama

    ReplyDelete
  79. Tim Curry on Criminal Minds
    Jack/Kate/Sawyer on Lost
    Family Guy

I think the Lost triangle is one of the best in TV history. Some think it carried on too long, but it only carried on a matter of weeks in their time. Which is not long at all.

    ReplyDelete
  80. As a girl I really have to disagree with that one! :D

    ReplyDelete
  81. Except this is not a love triangle in any traditional sense. Peter loves Olivia... Olivia loves peter... and Altlivia was here to destroy our world. To be a love triangle both particpants have to be aware they love each other. Peter never knew it was Fauxlivia. SO it was more a relationship with another woman from another dimension at most.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Favourite Guest Star: Elizabeth Mitchell (LOST)
Best Love Triangle: Bill/Sookie/Eric (True Blood)

    ReplyDelete
  83. ah that is because Nestor was made a series regular for the final season in which this episode was shown

    ReplyDelete
  84. Mark Pellegrino as Lucifer. Come on!

Misha and Jim are awesome as well.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Funny how SPN is so full of Js and Ms, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  86. She knocked it out of the park all season! To me she was a regular since she was in every episode of the season, so I did not vote for her.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Peter Weller was terrific in the White Tulip episode of Fringe. So as much as I love Nimoy I had to go with Weller. Awesome, eloquent performance.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Thanks, Taryn. That clarifies things. Boy, they were confusing with that stuff, weren't they? Oh, wait a minute, this is Lost we're talking about. LOL!!

    ReplyDelete
  89. Titus Welliver. Give that man one lousy minute and he just steals the scene.

I even felt some pitty for Mark Pellegrino everytime they acted together :)

    ReplyDelete
  90. Mark Sheppard(R.I.P. Crowley), triangles are my least favourite shape, and don't watch.

But I'm not voting for Mark Sheppard just because he was completely awesome on my show - he's been on a huge amount of shows. That makes him the ultimate guest star.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Oh i agree that this is not a love triangle. I voted for these 3 because i am one obsessed Fringie.....and i love, adore and worship Joshua Jackson...and as for Anna Torv....well she is beautiful. Altlivia, however.....well mmmmm ...I loathe her!

    ReplyDelete
  92. I agree, although I thought Sebastian Roche's performance as Newton should have been on the list.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Why was Michael Eklund on the list but Sebastian Roche wasn't?

    ReplyDelete
  94. Best Guest Star: Misha Collins
    Best love triangle: Fringe
Best Animated show: Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

By the way, is not the actor who play Death in Supernatural in the list?? I remember see him in the first list but I didn't see him in the option or I'm wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  95. I came close to picking him, but I'm trying to throw my support for Fringe since Lost is over.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Misha is a regular this year too (he was supposed to do more episode for the first half season but it was change cause of his son)

    ReplyDelete
  97. Actually I think this qualifies, Peter loves Olivia, Olivia loves Peter and I'm pretty sure that Alt!Liv loves Peter too. There's so much more to this plot than what we're seeing, Why would she had kept the pictures in her bag if she didn't feel something for him? It wasn't for Walternate who could care less about his son.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Had to vote for Nimoy in the guest appearance category, he was amazing as Bell.

Fringe triangle because like I said, all three loves one another to a certain extent (and by certain I mean Alt!Liv loving Peter)

Futurama - I've missed this show and need it to stay on for years. Simpsons is over imo.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Oh they definitely hinted at that I agree. Even accepting that, it would make it a typical relationship (man loves a woman that loves the man) and a woman that is trying to get between them despite the man not loving her. So more of a typical relationship... with a stalker of sorts.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Best guest appearance - Leonard Nimoy

Best animated show - South Park

    Best love triangle - Olivia/Peter/Alt-Olivia

    ReplyDelete
  101. I wish you luck on your endeavour :)

I'm a Walking Dead kinda of guy now (since LOST is over I felt like a zombie, so the proper way of embrancing my condition...)

    ReplyDelete
  102. Bobby!! Seriously, Bobby Singer is made of awesome.

I also voted for futurama. I considered giving my vote to South Park instead, but I feel that Futurama is less appreciated.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Cannot say enough about Bobby myself. Every time he's going to be on I'm that more excited about the episode.

    ReplyDelete
  104. I went with Leonard Nimoy (Fringe), Jeff/Britta/Annie (Community) and Futurama! Three amazing shows. :)

    ReplyDelete
  105. I chose Leonard Nimoy for guest star on Fringe his last acting gig.
Olivia Dunham, Peter, Alt-Olivia for best Triangle because Anna Torv was and is the best actress around right now, and so sexy and beautiful too what would be better then two of her anyway, and I love her as both Olivia's because she's sexy when she's good but even sexier when she's bad, lol.

And for animation Family Guy, my fave even above the Simpsons!

    ReplyDelete
  106. Voted Robert Wagner because I just loved how he played Anthony, Sr. He and Michael Weatherly did a great job of portraying father and son. I also voted Hannah/Booth/Bones because that was the only love triangle I've watched.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I'm gonna go with Mark Sheppard (Supernatural). His Crowley is brilliant. I dislike Love Triangles on TV in general and I didn't really watch any animated show in 2010 so I can't vote.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I hate to quibble but um, Mish Mish isn't really a guest start on Supernatural anymore. Castiel has been moved up to series regular if I recall, correctly.

Correct me if not, obviously guys >.<

But YES! MARK SHEPPARD! ULTIMATE guest start of everything, he must be voted for. But Jim, oh Jim, if he wasn't there...Can't we just have a Bobby/Crowley option?

Triangle: Glee. Matt/Emma/Carl, more complex then Rachel/Puck/Finn

Animated Show: South Park, my go-to for worldly discussion and analysis of the world via what, fifth graders?

    ReplyDelete
  109. Aweee man! So many good guest stars from Supernatural!

Had to go with Misha though. >W<

Fave animated show - Futurama, hands down! <333

    ReplyDelete
  110. I'm amazed James Frain isn't nominated for a Golden Globe for his guest roles on True Blood. Highlight of the TV-year

    ReplyDelete
  111. The Walking Dead is absolutely the best new show of the year. The only think thing that pissed me off about it was that the season was so short. I can't freakin' wait for season 2. I really hope it maintains the level of quality that it has established so far. So many shows will have a great pilot or great finale but seem kind of weak in between. The Walking Dead started strong and never went downhill like so many shows do.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Agreed, although we must accept that keeping something going strong for 6 episodes is not the same as trying to keep it good for 12 or 13 eps. But they've nailed it, and I am also looking forward for season 2!

    ReplyDelete
  113. you've got a good point. 6 episodes aren't the same as a typical longer season. I read that the writer were being replaced, so I am a little concerned, considering the writing was pretty good so far.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Concerned? Don't be. Both the series creator and the comics author are still running the show, and they're the ones controlling the story. I'm pretty sure they'll manage it ;)

    ReplyDelete
  115. Can't express my love for Misha Collins <3

    ReplyDelete
  116. I like that... but ME, not YOU. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  117. Yeah, not really what I'd call it.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Best Guest:Robert Wagner
    Best animation: The Clone Wars
Best Love Triangle: Neal, Alex andKate (White Collar).

    ReplyDelete
  119. Nope, none of Today's Categories got a V nominations.

    ReplyDelete
