  2. Awesome episode! It breaks my heart though to think of how Olivia is going to react when she finds out about Peter and Altivia! I knew Alt-Broyles was going to help her. So sad he had to die!

  3. Yeah, even though the end wasn't really a cliffhanger, I totally want more now!!

  4. So Next week is about reanimation, maybe they can fix ALT Broyles, IDK maybe just wishful thinking. I liked ALT Broyles better than our Broyles. I was kinda hoping Fauxlivia would do the dieing, I don't much care for her.

  5. Best episode of the season. Possibly the best of the series.

    IT WAS THAT FREAKING EPIC.

  6. I can't believe what they did to Alt-Broyles to get him to equal Alt-livia's mass! Walternate is so evil!

  7. Loved it. Stunning and amazing conclusion the first eight episode-arc of season three.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS SHOW. I can't stand to see it canceled!

  8. It was beyond awesome! Glad to see it reflecting in the poll.

I just hope the ratings go up. I've seen more buzz for this episode than I have for a while! And deservedly so!

  9. I wish it were a two hour episode. ENTRADA was the best espisode this season. Fox please give us a season 4!!!!

  10. I didnt want Fauxlivia to die, but after this episode I want so much to murder her!!!!

  11. That was the saddest part to me... :( I really couldn't believe that...

  12. Oh and how about that opening sequence!? It gave me chills!

  13. This episode was so awesome.. I can't stop thinking about it. Alt-Broyles sacrifice his life for Olivia, leaving his wife and son. So sad... but he did the right thing. Olivia will do everything she can to keep her promise to him on finding a way out of the universes conflict. Poor Livvy.. more weight on her shoulder on top of the emotional fallout with Peter. Continue watching Fringe People!!!

  14. My only gripe with this episode is I was hoping for a more of a struggle to get Olivia home, they just seemed to get in, get out, get home too easily.

  15. He fell right into her Vagenda!!! Possibly the best Walterism EVER!

  16. Last year Fringe meandered a lot, but this season has been INCREDIBLE and this episode was best of them all! Awesome.

  17. If by easy you mean 2 or 3 failed attempts (in previous episodes) by Olivia, Broils sacrificing himself and Olivia almost being dissected barring a last second rescue .... yup it was easy!

  18. About 43 minutes into the episode I see the Observer beside a taxi just before the coffee shop scene.

    Glyph word: CROSS

Broyles kicked ass in this episode. My new favorite word is "vagenda". Olivia is back! This was the best episode of anything I've seen since Lost. I gotta calm down...

  19. Easy my ass! They turned AlterBroyles into hambroyles helper. Olivia has been trying for a while to find a way to escape.

    ReplyDelete
  20. And TYVM for ruining Hamburger Helper for me FOREVER! lol

    ReplyDelete
  21. That has to be my new favorite word! I'm definitely gonna use that in my vocabulary.

    ReplyDelete
  22. If some ridiculous MTV show can get every 5th wannabe on the street saying "We got a situation here" then why can't Fringe add a word to pop culture? I vote for vagenda to be added to Marion Webster's next edition!

  23. I agree about Broyles. AlterBroy had a more interesting backstory with his family. Our Broyles seems more uptight and emotionless, but I hope that will change after he saw his own dead body. Alt Broyles seemed to actually get physically involved more than just giving orders. Then again, Walternate took the role of giving orders.

As much as I'd like them to fix Alt Broyles, I think it would take away too much from this episode if they did. I'd be okay with them reanimating Charlie or Bell, but doubt that will happen.

  24. When an episode is that good it doesn't even need a cliffhanger.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Is it still considered a "love triangle" if 2 of the people are the same person? I won't mind if Peter and Olivia don't get together. I like to keep that shippery stuff to a minimum. Maybe at some point he can fall into Astrid's vagenda!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I predicted that AlterBroy would be sacrificed, but I never expected it to be like that.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The alternating colors were awesome. I also think the transitions between worlds were done brilliantly.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Well it's still 3 people and the two Olivia's are different from each other so I think it could still be considered a love triangle. I wasn't really thinking of it as far as Olivia and Peter getting together so much as Olivia has already been through so much then on top of all that to have that bombshell dropped on her about the man she loves. That's more what breaks my heart than whether or not the relationship actually happens. Oh yeah and "vagenda" is my new favorite word now!

    ReplyDelete
  29. yeah...sorry. I'm probably gonna have to hold off on the hamburger helper for a while myself, just because I said that! I bet Walter wouldn't be bothered by it though. He'd scoop up guts in one hand and eat a bowl of noodles with the other.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I couldn't agree more. Maybe they could take out the word "situation" in exchange for "vagenda".

    ReplyDelete
  31. How could they reanimate William Bell though? Didn't his atoms split and disperse? I agree if they did reanimate Alt-Broyles it would completely ruin the emotional climax of his sacrifice in this episode and I kind of feel the same about Bell, but I wouldn't mind them bringing Charlie back though I also doubt it will happen.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I was just joking actually. I really doubt any main or past characters will be brought back.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I kind of was too or maybe it was also a bit of wishful thinking (at least for Charlie to come back). Though if they actually did bring any of them back then it would ruin the show's credibility not to mention the emotional arcs in which they all died. But this is Fringe, so I'll doubt we'll have to worry about.

  34. Considering all the other failed attempts yes it was difficult. I just mean that Broyles and Olivia hardly had any resistance getting out of the lab to the deprivation tank to Walternate's old lab, I was expecting more gun battles or fist fights.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I voted Awesome. I wanted more!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I can't believe this show is in danger of cancelation.. cmon Americans!! Stop watching reality shows or that soap opera of Greys Anatomy!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. What an awesome episode. I don't know who I should feel more sorry for, Olivia or Peter? There were a few scenes where Peter's sad expression broke my heart.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I don't think it is just "reality" shows that keep people away from the incredible show that is Fringe. I think any show with a Sci-Fi theme will turn many people away. At least 50% of my extended family and friends will not watch any show they feel is Sci-Fi. Hmmmm... that makes me wonder. Has any Sci-Fi show ever had night winning rating levels? I know the X-Files was pretty high, but had less of a Sci-Fi feel to it than Fringe does.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I get what you're saying. I guess lab geeks aren't exactly soldiers though.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Well I guess I'm the only one who felt let down by this episode. Maybe I need to watch it again, but this is why I hate when stuff gets so overhyped, cause then I see it and its just not as good as I imagined. I was expecting something on the level of "Peter" or "Over There" but this was just a really good episode of Fringe, not a mind blowingly awesome one. The way it tended also left me with the wrong feeling. Its just kind of like "now what?" that the switch storyline is over. Back to normal Fringe? Why would I be happy about that? I expected this to plant seeds for the next big story arc but it left me to believe, along with the preview for next week, that we're going back to procedural style which is terrible in my mind.

  41. I can relate to a now what worry, but in this case I think the idea of this episode completely wrapping up the serialized nature of this year is unwarranted. After all that has happened so far, we know Walternate and his minions are going to try to off "our" dimension. So there should be planning and prepping for an upcoming war. Plus, who knows what unforeseen twists could come. More people could go between dimensions, more items could be sought by one side or another. Especially more pieces of the doomsday weapon. And while I do enjoy the serial episodes this season, the first two years were not terrible by any stretch. At worst it should be as good as before... and I think with the tension of the upcoming battle so high that it should be as good as the earlier portion of the year. I hope......

  42. This wasn't even a season finale, but it felt like one the way people are talking about it. If a mid-season episode can be that good, I'm pretty damn excited to see what's next. I think the ancient machine and Peter's connection to it are parts of bigger story lines than the "switch" was. The Olivia's are switched, but the conflict between the 2 universes is not over yet. I don't think we've seen the last of "over there" by any means.

    ReplyDelete
  43. No I agree with both of your points. If I sounded skeptical of Fringe's future, I'm not in the long term by any means. I know we'll see over there again obviously, and that the show's mythology will continue to develop. My only concern was that next week looks to be a step back of sorts, and its unknown how long that will last. Maybe we'll get a big piece of mythology in it, or maybe starting after the break we'll get some more serialized stuff, but I don't know at this point. This weeks episode wrapped up one story, but gave us very little on what future stories could be. It was just also way too hyped. If Fox and the internet didn't go overboard on the marketing, I would have watched it like it was any other Fringe, and under those circumstances I probably would have loved the episode.

  44. I guess I see what you mean. I skip commercials and Fringe and Raising Hope are the only Fox shows I watch so I didn't realize the hype. I don't know what to expect next either. For a site call SPOILERtv, it doesn't have that many spoilers. When Lost was on, I could always count on DarkUFO's site to have a clue of what was next. I miss that.
