When Meredith and Lexie Grey's father, Thatcher, returns to Grey's Anatomy in February, he'll be bringing with him a new lady, played by soap actress Alexa Havins.

From 2003-2007, blonde beauty Alexa played the very popular role of Babe Chandler on the ABC soap opera, All My Children (she also crossed over to One Life To Live for a few episodes). While Alexa has appeared on episodes of Cold Case and CSI: Miami, Grey's is by far her highest-profile primetime gig to date.

How will Thatcher's daughters feel about their daddy dating a girl their own age? You'll have to wait and see, but it's safe to say they won't be overjoyed.
