    My understanding is the tv show is an original idea developed from the writer’s love of a variety of comic book characters.

    I wonder if this comic was made AFTER David Lyons and Summer Glau had been cast, and if the drawings are supposed to look like the real actors.

    Fans attending San Diego's Comic-Con ( July, 2010) received a limited edition of "The Cape" mini comic-book, featuring a John Cassaday cover, as a give-away.

    Darthlocke: I think the coolest thing is that it appears to have a lot of sci-fi connections too as "Orwell" is featured (the eye = "1984" ).

    I am going to give the show a try!
