OMG. This reminds me of that time when Dean wanted to get laid and Sam was just like rolling his eyes. Then Dean said something along the lines of, "Sam, you know its okay to have fun. (Points at girls ass). That's fun." Gosh, how times have changed.
This scene is soooooooo funny. I am laughing my ass off. I mean Dean with his whole depressed brooding stuff and Sam wanting to get laid. Hahahahaaaaaaa. They have changed SO MUCH. Dean is suppose to be the one wanting to get laid and Sam is suppose to be brooding one. I honestly can't believe that, that just happened :P
Though.... Sam kinda has a point... having a soul is suffering... and he can do that, and have sex with the hippy chick...even though we all know there will be no suffering on Sam's part :)))
hehe. I love soulless Sam! Sorry to all Sam-girl. But since when is Sam the funny one. Laughed my a*#@ off. I get it it, that most want the caring, miserable Sam back. He was cute and well...caring. But we had this Sam for five seasons. This is refreshing! I enjoy it while it lasts, because I am sure, when Sam gets his soul back, than there will be enough miserable Sam again. Jared rocks this season.
And I like how Dean explains how Sam should fell, like he´s talking to a five year old. Poor Dean, not easy beeing the moral compass.
I was thinking the same exact thing. This is why I keep thinking that somehow Dean has Sam's soul and doesn't know it. This is how Sam would act, not Dean. Their characters are backwards!
Being critical here for a moment, but last night Sam said he remembers being Sam with a soul and that it was harder. In this conversation, it's like he's never had a soul and doesn't understand what a soul does. Why would Sam (the way he currently thinks) want his soul back? He's a better hunter without it. He doesn't care about Dean or what Dean wants. It's easier and more fun without it.
He was ready to shoot his grandpa one moment because Samuel was working with Crowley, and the next minute he's pushing for working with Crowley so that he can get his soul back (but there's no logical reason why he would want it). I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around all of this - which is why I'm sticking with my theory that Sam has an evil agenda and is setting up Dean. I think the real Sam is wherever Sam's soul in - in Purgatory probably - safely out of the reach of Heaven and Hell.
Everyone's talking about Dean being a moral compass... and you know what? I think, because Sam doesn't know how to feel, he's trying to act like Dean to make him appear caring! So he's saying " Hmmm. I should act like Dean. What does Dean do. Well, he likes hot waitresses... "
Ha Ha, I guess if you don't have a soul it makes you a dick! And yeah, I can totally see Sam sneaking off at night(After all, he doesn't need to sleep) to see the waitress. The very second he leaves Dean would get snatched!
(And by the way, I would've liked your comment, but for some reason my like button doesn't work. So I will press an invisible one:P)
I liked what you said on the other thread about Sam's appeal being his good heart. I just started watching this show in season 5 and have been catching up on the older episodes on the TNT reruns. I just watched the episode with Madison (Heart), and it broke my heart. And then I watched this one. Not a good combo.
I keep going back to the idea that the essence of who people are is usually connected to the soul. Dean says this is not Sam, and I believe him. So maybe there's another Sam out there in the afterlife with his soul. Maybe that Sam is missing the logical side and is a crappy hunter. I don't want this Sam reformed, and I'm not looking for signs that there's still a bond with Dean because this is so far from who Sam is.
I also think there have been signs on this show that this Sam isn't neutral -- he's on the dark side of good & evil. For example, when Castiel was torturing the kid The Third Man, Sam looked like he was getting off on it, or at least fascinated by the kid's pain, and there was no logical reason for him to enjoy it. Also, what was with his obsession with wanting to know what it felt like to be turned into a vamp? Does part of him want to turn into a monster? I don't think too far to imagine that this Sam is playing Dean for some reason. Maybe he wants to find his soul to destroy it.
Thank you Pigeon666 for the invisible 'Like' *cyber hug*
No...... for me..... not having a soul doesn't make you a DICK BAG..... Telling your brother you don't give a S**T about him....makes you a DICK BAG :(
Sorry... just me...maybe... but that scene was painful to watch.... and spoiler tv is feeling my pain.... ya know...with not working...you with your like button...me with my edit button *hugs self*
I don't care how funny/hot/bamf Sam is in this incarnation.... For me.... he can PISS OFF until he get's his soul back....if that's even the problem any more.
No...... for me..... not having a soul doesn't make you a DICK BAG..... Telling your brother you don't give a S**T about him....makes you a DICK BAG :(
Copied From: http://www.spoilertv.com/2010/11/supernatural-episode-609-clap-your_13.html#ixzz15BKNefmL Yeah, I can't believe that Sam told Dean the truth about that. I didn't care if Sam didn't have a soul, it doesn't mean that you can't lie once in a while. I mean, jeez, Sam, Dean's just lost his girlfriend, found out that he has been working for Crowley, and more, and you just tell him that you don't care? That is beyond cruel.
So all those times in the past when they were on cases and Dean was cruising for a pick-up/looking to get laid would make him a dick too? Sam isn't really doing anything different to what Dean has done in the past?
As for the Sam sex thing, he doesn't have feelings as in emotions but he can feel physical sensations. Perhaps the increase in his sex life is due to the fact that when he is having sex he is actually feeling something albeit physical pleasure. Feeling something is better than nothing and I'd rather him be experiencing physical pleasure than physical pain, which is probably the only other sensation he can feel?
I agree his behaviour is a lot like Dean's in season 1, difference being Sam doesn't have a soul and doesn't care about people (which isn't his fault?) his moral compass is AWOL.
Wasn't Dean the one always telling Sam that they could have fun now and again? I think Dean's just feeling a bit sorry for himself with the hole Lisa thing he's 'suffering' so Sam should be too? I just have to say 'Dean either sack up and call Lisa or get over it' (Something Dean would have told Sam to do if the situation was reversed?) I like that Sam called Dean on his almost calling, it's getting annoying and boring. I know the writers said they were going to milk the Dean/Lisa/Ben story for as much angst as they could but seriously it's already tiresome.
And off course a random hook-up with a waitress while on a case is something Sammy wouldn't do, which throws Dean.
Jared did say Sam would be getting some more naked time before episode Christmas so the chances are he does hook up with the waitress, which is most likely to happen at the exact time Dean gets abducted.
I like new Sam! Now that we know what we're dealing with, he's a lot more amusing. Not that I don't want old Sam back, because I do; it's just that until he's back, at least this Sam isn't evil and creepy anymore. He's just ... funny.
I'm glad you found this show... it's wonderful/painful to watch... So you're catching up on season 2...Yeah.... Heart was a heartbreaker... excuse the pun :)
I'm glad you can ease the pain, by seeing what Sam is supposed to be like...Me...well i've been watching since the start...and i'm kinda stuck with this DICK BAG a the moment :)
*ducks to avoid irate Sam fans*
Sam with his EMPATHY was something special to watch....He cared a lot...and it made him gorgeous even with his other issues...and you get to see his real puppy dog eyes *is jealous*... Show takes EMPATHY/SOUL away and you have....well...see above.
*ducks again*
So..yeah... i'm glad you have that...me... i have to hug myself a lot right now...but i always have faith that it will get better... I'm Bi Polar that way :))
So ...i'm struggling on Sam's character too, at the moment... and i think... there's massive plot holes in his character...ya know...says one thing but completely contradicts it with an opposing action... for more on that...read my posts :))
So i've started calling Sams Soul the LIGHTBULB...turns on and off at will....i dunno...it works for me :((
So...to understand Sam at the mo...Look up SOCIOPATH... It will explain what you are confused about in your above post...Also...also....after this episode...Look up PSYCHOPATH...both kinda go hand in hand.
These are just MHO... in no way am i right... just hope this helps you a little bit :))
Just MHO... didn't mean to offend/insult you in any way...i apologise if i have...Sam having No soul at the moment is unappealing to me...He can get laid all he wants... i actually encourage it... He can be Dean all he wants.... that's not why he's a DICK BAG... Look back through the episodes this season for that reason.
I used DICK BAG cause it was said in the most recent episode.....I mean it in a joking way...i'm sorry if that didn't translate properly... but i did put a smiley face in to make myself clear. i really didn't mean any kind of offense...so sorry if i did <33
I applauded when NotSam told Dean he didn't care about him. Why? Because he doesn't! and Lying to try to make Dean think otherwise was clearly not working...
Yeah i know Dean is epic moaning at the mo...and i'm glad Sam calls him out... but you must see that Dean is more alone than he ever was before...and CAS AND BOBBY don't count....He needs his brother...and brother's not home right now...so i can cut him some slack at the mo... It must be damn painful to be in his situation.
As for Sam he's not feeling anything at the mo...but he knows it's wrong...but still does/says it...cause he doesn't give a s**t... i know he can't help it..but i can't help but see the cruel things he says and does...and react to that... I care about Dean, so of course i'm gonna react to the things Sam says/does to him....and vice versa...if Sam was in Dean's shoes <33
Sam: does/doesn't matter that he hurts Dean...He doesn't care...even if Sam lied...wouldn't matter...cause he suuuucks at lying and we see right through him... I know that he can't help it...doesn't make it any less painful to see/hear.....doesn't change the fact that, i wanna strangle him...and i can't help that :))
I liked what you said about 2 sams....i've been wondering too...Is there 2 sams....His soul and his body....Is that why the glass shatters into pieces on the title card...also is that why there were Twins/split embryo in Dean Vamps vision.... Is the show foreshadowing again ?
Remember when Dean asked Castiel this, and Castiel replied with the Lame "thats an interesting philosophical question"
And... i was SCREAMING "whats the GOD DAMN philosophical answer CAS"
He didn't answer...so i proceeded to mentally shake him...then he broke out the puppy eyes, and i swiftly apologised...and forgot what i wanted *epic pout*
Is there a corporeal, and a non corporeal version of Sam...but... you can only interact with the non corporeal/soul part, on another plane of existence... Heaven/Hell/purgutory... cause ya know, Hell tortures souls...not bodies... so this kinda makes sense to me.... IS OUR SAM IN PURGUTORY... Retconning that, cause i sound stupid....but....then again.....just a theory :)))
I may be over thinking it, but the show last night just hit me the wrong way. The whole -- Sam's a pyschopath and is acting like Dean now, hahaha -- is getting old. Maybe I'm just cranky today. I want Sam on a side -- good or evil -- and I'm just tired of this ambiguous middle (I kill innocent people because I have no soul, but I'm good looking and Dean's brother, so it's all good). And I still think about 50% of the things that come out of his mouth are lies, and I don't think he really wants to be good right now. I also don't think that he believes old Sam was happy, and I don't think he cares what people around him think of him.
If Rafael, Lucifer and Michael want another shot at the Apocalypse, what better way to make sure it works this time around than to separate the body (vessel) from Sam (the soul) who last time succeeded in undoing the Apocalypse? Shoot the soul off to parts unknown, reanimate the body without the soul, put some memories in it and somehow get it to walk and talk, and you've got the perfect vessel for a stronger evil to take it over. If that's true, they wouldn't want Sam's soul put back in the body.
Very amusing. I think Dean's more upset because of the circumstances than the actions of Sam. He's always encouraged his brother to chase some tail and lighten up -- but right now? Sam has no soul, they're working for Crowley and they're basically screwed... again. Not exactly the time for fun. You didn't see Dean chasing anything when the world was on the line in season 5, and the circumstances haven't changed that much. Their world is hanging on the edge and getting Sam's soul back is their top priority. Not exactly the time for hippie waitresses, Sam. Focus. How can Dean believe Sam has his back when he's in trouble if he's wondering if he's being distracted by a waitress? Would Dean be distracted, even back in season 1, if Sam was in trouble? Nope. Focus.
HELL YEAH....loving this...epic theory...but wouldn't they have to break the seals again...and who's the righteous man for the first seal (adam) and who replaces Lilith for the final seal (maybe Crowley)
Wouldn't CAS know... Oh cas...don't betray...I don't think i could take that...Sam/Dexter...now you :(((
But that would be a perfect vessel for Lucifer...no pesky soul to interfere *evil laugh*
Have you seen the promos for the Season ?
Sam with the red t-shirt with Devil on it, but the D is marked out so it's evil.....also with the serpent/devil up his arm :)
Dean with the Halo over his head and the blue T-shirt :)
Sam/Cas/Dean standing over grave/hole in ground which could be entrance to Lucifer's cage.
That screams MICHAEL VERSUS LUCIFER again *sighs*
I just thought the CW forgot that we're in season 6 now :(
I don't think he cares as in it bothers him. I think it makes him realize the life before was better... UH! We'll see at the end of the season ahhah. it's sad if they dont explain better cause i think its the first time the arc doesnt work. and its sammy,s arc so its frustrating.
Maybe its a natural instinct... we are supose to have a soul so it feels like something is missing,...
Funny poeple complained sooooo long about Sam lying to Dean. Finally, when he tells the truth, they want him to ly again. Maybe it´s not what seems fair to Dean but it´s at least the truth. Sam doesn´t feel anything for Dean because he can´t. Not possible. Dean seemed to take it a lot better than all the lying from Sam (or he just got used to not caring Sam).
I think this discussion is because Dean was already kidnapped and thinks he was abducted by aliens... Then, while he was gone, Sam tried to find him and when he ran out of leads, he had sex with "the hippy chick"... Now, Dean is insulted that while he was missing Sam was having fun... he wants him to have suffered and tried to find him all night. But, instead while Dean is trying to tell him what he did wrong, Sam starts checking out the waitress too.
It might not be the loving caring Sam that I prefer... but this Sam is a lot of fun too (since Dean was found safe and sound).
Well I've read all the comments here and this is MHO:
1. This promo is the funniest thing I've seen in a while (I don't get out much though, so that doesn't mean a lot) ;) but yeah - LMFAO
2. This Sam is not Sam at all (once again back to the mandroid theory ;) - not really, but he is NOT Sam)
3. This Sam will get laid while Dean is in the clutches of the evil fairies (I just know it alright?)
4. Writers.......are you there writers?? Helloooo.....? You need to move this along because, while Sam is superficially amusing like this, he is fundamentally (borrowing Rochey's highly technical terminology here) a dick bag. We fans will not tolerate this abuse of our beloved Sam (and by association, Dean as well) for too much longer. Sam's been to hell. Dean's been to hell. WE are in hell. Great story folks...... loving the season sooooo much.... but move it along already .......pleeeeeaaaase?
I think it's a bit of both. After all the lies Sam has laid on him over the last couple of years, Dean doesn't really believe what he says anyway. Add to that the fact the guy has no morals and no conscience and Dean is basically expecting the worst. To even hear something resembling the truth is probably a relief for Dean. He knows he's in this alone, but to have an inkling of hope that this psycho version of RoboSam could maybe want to find himself again is certainly a 'step' in the right direction.
This conversation is one of the funniest things I've ever heard on Supernatural. Ben Edlund I salute you! *grins* But I do have to wonder how on earth does Sam come up with the thought about asking Dean what he should do when Dean gets kidnapped by aliens? Lol
I couldn't agree with you more. My love of Supernatural has been complete and consuming for years, but I'm about at wits end with this story line. This show works for one reason and one reason only: the relationship and rapport between Sam and Dean. That chemistry has been surgically removed by Sera Gamble and the other writers. Whatever their "plan" is, they are gutting this show. Sad to say, the ratings are proving that.
To be clear, I have no qualms whatsoever with Jensen Ackles' and Jared Padalecki's performances. I think they have both done commendable jobs with what they have been given. Kudos to them both.
But either Gamble and Co. need to fix this post haste, or they need to be replaced. There have been so many moments of creative brilliance this season, and it has all been tarnished by this shattered relationship between Sam and Dean. This doesn't even feel like Supernatural anymore.
We have had 5 years of watching these guys get the shit kicked out of them. They, and by extension us, deserve a break. Bring on the alphas. Bring on the "King of Hell." Bring on the war in heaven, but, and I can find no other way to express this as succinctly, STOP FUCKING WITH SAM AND DEAN.
The ratings data are showing a decline that is becoming precipitous. Here's hoping the numbers are more persuasive to Gamble, CW and Warner Bros. than the pleas of the fans have been.
Oh Zach Walker....you are in a very bad place. Sorry you are feeling so bad about the show. :(
But I don't agree that Sera & Co need replacing. Yes, they are doing things differently but I love what they're doing.......it's just really frustrating for me......I was only trying to give them a hurry up.
I have no doubt that Sam and Dean will be back together - probably not before the break though. :( IMHO the writers are doing a fantastic job in messing with our heads - that's still the same - they've always done that - and it's one of the things I love about SPN.
I for one am enjoying the ride and I'm sorry again that you are not - all I can say is: please have faith and hang in there. *hug*
That's true to a degree, but I wasn't one of the ones that complained about Sam lying. Sam had every reason to lie. (Excluding the "you don't sleep" thing, Sam should've told Dean about that.) The bottom line is, Dean has had so much dumped on him that that could have pushed him over the edge. It's like saying "Hey, Dean, I know crowley is controlling us and Lisa just dumped you, but I really don't care. Thanks for helping." I was expecting Dean to freak.
But yeah, there was a lot of fans like that. I just want to say that I've been anti-truth from the beginning.
I suppose that comment was rather bleak/angry/frustrated.
It is true that I dislike this arc with Sam. I think it has thrown off the pacing of the show. In so many other regards, this season has been brilliant and very creative.
I was prepared to walk away from the show quietly if I simply could not find a way to enjoy the show with not!Sam. Not having ever been accused of being a fan of sam, sometimes accused of being a hard on him, this surprised me more than anyone.
The ratings data are what pushed me. Regardless of my opinions of what creative decisions are going on with Supernatural, the numbers alarmed me. Until the data came out, I had decided that I was in the minority in my views. Now, I am genuinely concerned for the future of the show. The decline in viewers is escalating. Maybe next week's lighter episode will reverse the trend.
I think scene is absolutely hilarious. This is old Sam and Dean even thou Sam has no Soul. Watching Dean trying to explain to Sam that he should not be worried about having sex with the waitress is funny. Big brother Dean trying to keep little brother Sam on track because his instincts are off. Sam seems so confused about the whole thing but they way Jared/Jensen pull this off is awesome. Can not wait unitl Friday.
I get your point about the ratings - but I wondered if that had something to do with the promotion/synopsis for this particular episode. Of all the episodes so far this season, this one sounded the lamest to me. And in reality it wasn't lame at all. So I don't know........ Are there people out there who have not given Sera & Co the benefit of the doubt from the get go? I believe so. Are there people out there who been unable to cope with the show being 'different'? I believe so. Are the CW not promoting Supernatural adequately or at all? I believe so. It's sad :(((( I love this show. I love that it is different - it was the right time for a change after the apocalypse story arc. I want Sam and Dean back together - but not at the expense of a great storyline (which, although frustrating, I believe this is ) I just want to shake all those who've given up on SPN - grrrrr *shakes them hard* Wake up you lot!!! Supernatural is the best TV show EVER :)))))
Yeah, Hungry you're right as usual.........wait....... I get the feeling I've said that before....? Am I repeating myself? ......wait.....I get the feeling I've said that before....?
I admit, when hearing about the role changes of Sam and Dean and after the Season opener, I was also like: NO, NO, NO, what have they done? But I gave it a chance and now I comlpetely love it. Because it is something new. Up until now I knew exactly what Dean would do in a certain situation and when Sam would bitch face. Now they left me wondering and glued to my TV. I have to get to know my beloved characters again, while I long for the ones I knew for five seasons (it is a love/hate situation - but in a good way). I also can´t belive that poeple want the same old, same old. Sam whining and crying, Dean rescueing. It worked for five season well, I admit. But to keep it fresh, they had to change something. And don´t get me wrong, I still belive, that Sam and Dean will be back to beeing their old selfs. Meanwhile I enjoy the ride.
Let´s not forget, Eric Kripke ist still there. Even if Sera is at the wheel, he still has a saying. And he wouldn´t have agreed to this season, if he didn´t belive it would work out. So if the great Kripke belives, I do too.
I thought the ratings were on par with last year, with the exception of this episode. This is good news considering the move to Friday instead of Thursday. I don't think we have much to worry about now. Supernatural is still doing better than most of the CW. Plus, this episode was pre-empted at least in my viewing area.
ok..,i feel guilty now..., cause i like this new sam O_o
was i always screaming i want sam get his soul back, but now i like him like this..., oooh im afraid i will make a wish that sam will never get his soul back...,:P
now he so funny, feel free to say or do anything its close to happiness (ok we cant say he happy cause he cant feel nothing.., hehe) but see him like this make me smile not like sam i see in the past 5 season, suffering, angst, geek, drawn himself on laptop n book..., ^_^
"but it would be in the dark" "u saying having a soul equals suffering" "so u saying suffering a good thing" LoL i cant stop laughing....,:))) i watch over n over still cant stop laughing :P
lol I love soulless Sam, I love the way he talks and I love it that he's like a little kid who has to learn right from wrong. From Dean. I mean, seriously, learning right from wrong from Dean Winchester? :P and I love Dean's faces here. They both just crack me up. Finally I get to laugh watching SPN!
So, Sam can eat and drink and he is interested in girls, but he can't sleep. He has no emotion when it comes to violence, but I think he always has a distant, almost zombie-like look in his eyes and frankly, it gives me the creeps. Please give us the old Sam back! I miss him!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
HOLY CRAP!!! THIS IS THE FUNNIEST THING EVAR!! *Dies*

ReplyDeleteI am now officially in love with season 6!

"Fight the fairies!"

ReplyDeleteI like this 'Chris684 :)
ReplyDeleteIt would be a lot less painful if this isn't Sam at all :((
But if it is Sam....massive character plot holes, with Sam's LIGHTBULB soul....that the writers will never fill :((
So...in conclusion:
not Sam= makes sense
Is Sam= epic confusion forever
<333
Hi, Pigeon666 :) *waves*
ReplyDeleteI think Sams just being Sam..... translation = massive Dick Bag :)
He just wants to get laid....He doesn't care about Dean...Why would he care about his suffering :)
Whats the bets...he goes off to get laid...and leaves Dean suffering...then something fairy epic happens to Dean :)
<333
Ha Ha, I guess if you don't have a soul it makes you a dick! And yeah, I can totally see Sam sneaking off at night(After all, he doesn't need to sleep) to see the waitress. The very second he leaves Dean would get snatched!
ReplyDelete(And by the way, I would've liked your comment, but for some reason my like button doesn't work. So I will press an invisible one:P)
That bothers me too ahhaha. But I think souless Sam saw old Sam happy.. and people around him reacting deferently so thats why it looks better.....
ReplyDeleteI liked what you said on the other thread about Sam's appeal being his good heart. Yeah, I can't believe that Sam told Dean the truth about that.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Sam sex thing, he doesn't have feelings as in emotions but he can feel physical sensations.
He's just ... funny.
ReplyDeleteHi chris684 :))
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you found this show... it's wonderful/painful to watch...
*goes back to hugging herself*
<333
Hi tvmonkey :)
ReplyDeleteJust MHO... didn't mean to offend/insult you in any way...i apologise if i have...Sam having No soul at the moment is unappealing to me...He can get laid all he wants... i actually encourage it...
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!!!! That was awesome.
ReplyDeleteSorry can't edit...so to add
ReplyDeleteYeah i know Dean is epic moaning at the mo...and i'm glad Sam calls him out... but you must see that Dean is more alone than he ever was before...and CAS AND BOBBY don't count....He needs his brother...and brother's not home right now...so i can cut him some slack at the mo...
Yeah... like that 'Pigeon666' :)
ReplyDeleteSam: does/doesn't matter that he hurts Dean...He doesn't care...even if Sam lied...wouldn't matter...cause he suuuucks at lying and we see right through him... I know that he can't help it...doesn't make it any less painful to see/hear.....doesn't change the fact that, i wanna strangle him...and i can't help that :))
Just to add...cause i can't edit:
ReplyDeleteI liked what you said about 2 sams....i've been wondering too...Is there 2 sams....His soul and his body....Is that why the glass shatters into pieces on the title card...also is that why there were Twins/split embryo in Dean Vamps vision....
So..yeah i like that 'chris684' *cyber hug*
ReplyDeleteIf Rafael, Lucifer and Michael want another shot at the Apocalypse, what better way to make sure it works this time around than to separate the body (vessel) from Sam (the soul) who last time succeeded in undoing the Apocalypse? Shoot the soul off to parts unknown, reanimate the body without the soul, put some memories in it and somehow get it to walk and talk, and you've got the perfect vessel for a stronger evil to take it over. If that's true, they wouldn't want Sam's soul put back in the body.
ReplyDeleteSorry PURGATORY
ReplyDelete'YAY...........A+ for spelling
*mentally high fives self*
Nope. Focus.
ReplyDeleteHELL YEAH....loving this...epic theory...but wouldn't they have to break the seals again...and who's the righteous man for the first seal (adam) and who replaces Lilith for the final seal (maybe Crowley)
ReplyDeleteWouldn't CAS know...
I just thought the CW forgot that we're in season 6 now :(
They wouldn't try it again... would they?
*shakes head in denial*
<333
I don't think he cares as in it bothers him. I think it makes him realize the life before was better...
ReplyDeleteUH!
ReplyDeleteMaybe it´s not what seems fair to Dean but it´s at least the truth.
ReplyDeleteIt might not be the loving caring Sam that I prefer... but this Sam is a lot of fun too (since Dean was found safe and sound).
Well I've read all the comments here and this is MHO:
ReplyDelete1.
ReplyDeleteThis conversation is one of the funniest things I've ever heard on Supernatural. Ben Edlund I salute you! *grins* But I do have to wonder how on earth does Sam come up with the thought about asking Dean what he should do when Dean gets kidnapped by aliens? Lol
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree with you more.
ReplyDeleteTo be clear, I have no qualms whatsoever with Jensen Ackles' and Jared Padalecki's performances.
ReplyDeleteBut I don't agree that Sera & Co need replacing.
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, there was a lot of fans like that. I just want to say that I've been anti-truth from the beginning.
I suppose that comment was rather bleak/angry/frustrated.
ReplyDeleteIt is true that I dislike this arc with Sam.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I like this Sam a lot! Can't we keep him around for a few more episodes?
ReplyDeleteI think scene is absolutely hilarious.
ReplyDeleteI get your point about the ratings - but I wondered if that had something to do with the promotion/synopsis for this particular episode. Of all the episodes so far this season, this one sounded the lamest to me. And in reality it wasn't lame at all. So I don't know........
ReplyDeleteAre there people out there who have not given Sera & Co the benefit of the doubt from the get go? I believe so.
Are there people out there who been unable to cope with the show being 'different'? I believe so.
Are the CW not promoting Supernatural adequately or at all? I believe so.
It's sad :((((
I love this show. I love that it is different - it was the right time for a change after the apocalypse story arc. I want Sam and Dean back together - but not at the expense of a great storyline (which, although frustrating, I believe this is )
I just want to shake all those who've given up on SPN - grrrrr *shakes them hard* Wake up you lot!!!
Supernatural is the best TV show EVER :)))))
Couldn't the ratings decline also be because it's now airing on Friday nights? I mean... deathslot.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Hungry you're right as usual.........wait....... I get the feeling I've said that before....?
ReplyDeleteAm I repeating myself? ......wait.....I get the feeling I've said that before....?
That's sooo hilarious. Almost makes me think of a conversation Dean would have with Castiel, explaining humanity and all that.
ReplyDeleteDeja Vu is not just a French Amnesiac Street Walker.
ReplyDeleteHe's gonna have his cake and eat it too!! ;D
ReplyDeleteAwww man I was so afraid that there weren't going to be anymore comedy episodes. Thank god I was wrong.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a post kidnapped discussion between Sam and Dean.
ReplyDeleteThat`s hilarious ;) I really love season 6 so far ;) It`s just brilliant how Dean`s and Sam`s roles have changed!!
ReplyDeleteI admit, when hearing about the role changes of Sam and Dean and after the Season opener, I was also like: NO, NO, NO, what have they done?
ReplyDeleteBut I gave it a chance and now I comlpetely love it.
I don't like this Sam , i mean i know he has no soul which is not huis fault but i thought that the old Sam was way better and more down to earth.
ReplyDeleteNice!
ReplyDeleteI love RoboSam. He cracks me up. If Dean keeps explaining the soul thing this way, Sam is never going to want to get his back.
ReplyDeleteI thought the ratings were on par with last year, with the exception of this episode. This is good news considering the move to Friday instead of Thursday. I don't think we have much to worry about now. Supernatural is still doing better than most of the CW. Plus, this episode was pre-empted at least in my viewing area.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are right.
ReplyDelete"We people" in Europe have no influence in what´s gonna happen to SPN. We depend on you guys!
So if the people doesn´t at least give it a chance, than there will be no season 7. Would be a shame.
It´s hard to feel so helpless. I am like Dean right now....
"But it would be in the dark!"....
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing to add to this line !!!
Only this: If they keep it up with Sam beeing this funny than I don´t want his soul back.
ok..,i feel guilty now..., cause i like this new sam O_o
ReplyDeletewas i always screaming i want sam get his soul back, but now i like him like this..., oooh im afraid i will make a wish that sam will never get his soul back...,:P
now he so funny, feel free to say or do anything its close to happiness (ok we cant say he happy cause he cant feel nothing.., hehe) but see him like this make me smile not like sam i see in the past 5 season, suffering, angst, geek, drawn himself on laptop n book..., ^_^
"but it would be in the dark"
"u saying having a soul equals suffering"
"so u saying suffering a good thing"
LoL i cant stop laughing....,:))) i watch over n over still cant stop laughing :P
lol I love soulless Sam, I love the way he talks and I love it that he's like a little kid who has to learn right from wrong. From Dean. I mean, seriously, learning right from wrong from Dean Winchester? :P
ReplyDeleteand I love Dean's faces here.
I miss him!
ReplyDelete
