    Another great episode without JJ. I don't miss her yet and her being gone has allowed Penelope to grow into a more well-rounded character. With just a few brief lines here or there (and sometimes complete storylines i guess) they have really let Kristin Vangsness shine this season. So far the JJ exit has been a good thing for me.
