    Ahahaa! Oh jeez, i don't even watch NCIS but i am sure as heck watching this one. Best guest star ever, and the perfect character for him too. I may go watch an ep of Hart to Hart in celebration.

    Are you sure? Back in season 4 (Shalom), the audience (and Ziva) was shown images that she had been under surveilance, and that Tony (junior) had been to her apartment quite often.

    They're partners and friends, I don't think it'd be unusual for him to visit her apartment. Also, I seriously doubt they've every been intimate. You can't build up that much sexual tension if you've done it before.
